Just moved to the neighborhood and have been trying to get a haircut for two weeks. The sign out front says closed Sunday and Tuesday (which I understand-Mondays or Tuesdays are typical for hair salons). But I’ve shown up on a Wed, on a Thurs, on a Monday, and on a Friday, since I cannot come of the weekends. The sign says “Open 10am until whatever). The days I’ve tried I show up at 11am due to work schedule. Every time? It has been closed. I wait for 10-15 mins in case they are running late, and nothing. I call and the lady answers as if I just woke her and says to come back at 1pm. What’s the point of posting 10am open time if they are always closed past 11am? I thought it would be convenient since it is a 2 min drive from home, but now I will have to go back to the reliable place I used to frequent in Garland. Oh well…

I which I had found this place sooner. I’ve been there 3 times for myself and twice for my kids. Best haircuts I’ve had since 2004 (I have very fine hair that likes to cling to itself) and I've never had to do any touch-up’s!

I have been going to Mrs Kim for 20 yrs now. I believe that is correct. Calm, friendly, awesome atmosphere. I get my hair washed after the cut and then she styles it. I personally dont do crazy haircuts, but I have seen her work her magic during homecoming, prom, weddings, or outings.
Requested style: Make it look nice, kinda short with some on top to style.
Hair type: I'm a ginger.
Stylist: Mrs Kim. Sweet, kind, listens to what you want and provides.

This is a great place to get a haircut. The atmosphere is relaxed and the music beautiful. I was a walk-in and Kim still took the time to give me a perfect cut. I highly recommend this salon.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Hong is very patient, and prioritizes what you like. She gave me guidance on the way she was going to fix my hair after another lady messed mine up. Hong seems to know just what I want, and because she’s so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does, she makes it look so easy. I have never left her place feeling disappointed, she is very careful and mindful about your hair. As long as you know what you want, she can give it to you.Service: Haircut

Good place for hair cut, hairstyles and reasonable … however this time I tried waxing and it’s expensive, half leg 80$ which is not worth the $!.

If you are ethnic and you have long hair DO NOT GO HERE!! I told Kim I just want a trim and style, my hair doesn’t grow fast, showed her a picture of how I wear my hair straight and don’t cut a lot because it took forever to grow this. She acted as if she understood what I was saying. She sat me in the chair and started spraying my damp hair with water to cut it. Any good hair stylist knows you don’t cut naturally curly ethnic hair wet… but she was working so quickly that before I could say wait what are you doing I heard the scissors cut my hair. It was too late and I had to sit there in turmoil as I watched her chop my hair off section by section. I couldn’t stop her because the damage had already been done and now I just had to deal with the outcome. Here I am two days later in tears as I try and style this choppy short hair with ten thousand feathers that I didn’t ask for. This is nothing more than a great clips or cost cutters do not go here if you care about your hair! Hard learned lesson for me for sure!!!! Hopefully I can save someone else from the same horrifying experience!!

Started coming here based on reviews...spot on. Kim is great. She always gives me what I ask for and her cut and color is very consistent. I almost don't want to tell everyone how great she is to keep it a secret ☺️
