Over priced. I dropped my clothes off on a Thursday they were not ready till Tuesday. I moved, my last dry cleaner had 1 day service if dropped before 8 am and was half the cost.

This place is outrageously expensive compared to competitors. They wanted to charge me over $400 to steam my wedding just. Just to steam. Competitors do steaming for $100-150. They lost any future business I planned to give them solely off of this price gouging.
