Over priced. I dropped my clothes off on a Thursday they were not ready till Tuesday.
I moved, my last dry cleaner had 1 day service if dropped before 8 am and was half the cost.

This place is outrageously expensive compared to competitors. They wanted to charge me over $400 to steam my wedding just. Just to steam. Competitors do steaming for $100-150. They lost any future business I planned to give them solely off of this price gouging.

Picked up cleaning package. Husband informed me a pair of his pants are missing. I called the store and was told they had several pants&shirts left over. I then told husband to go and check if they were his pants when he finally made it. He was told I had already picked up by obviously I did not do I called and spoke with manager. She insisted I had picked up a package of 10 items. I responded how would I have known we were missing a pair of pants if I had already picked up. She did not have good process talking through that one!

I changed my reviews from a 5 starrer to a 1 star. Something has dramatically changed with this place. They are not honest with their pricing. They charged me $70 for 2 shirts and a dress (cotton) to be washed and ironed. They broke a couple of buttons on my dress too. We were their customers for many years, but not going back anymore.

Total rip off. I was a first time customer. Took in four shorts two shirts and one pair of pants. Cost $84. Keep away from this place.

They did not follow my cleaning instructions which was to dry clean my silk stuffed comforter. They ruined it.

I should’ve read the reviews —my first visit I dropped off 3 shirts-one of the 3 I got charged $12 for cleaning. A short sleeve cotton shirt that I paid almost that for when new. I feel completely ripped off.Service: Laundry pick-up

Very unprofessional and unorganized. I came in and the staff and manager confirmed my new customer coupon. Then, they changed their minds after 20 minutes. There was this guy who had no idea what his job was - he told me he can’t tell me how much my linen suit would be and he confirmed to his manager at least 5 times leaving me in the front for 20 minutes going back and forth with the price. Awful place.

I'm using their delivery service, which AFAIK my route hits this location.I have two days on my route that they do pick ups or drop offs. They provided three laundry bags, installed a book outside for me, and included some stain stickers and inventory forms (optional but nice when you've got something with easily lost pieces).So far every pickup has been smooth and I've gotten drop off back at home a couple days later on the next route day.On return they include the laundry bag, and all garments are hanging and clad in bags.

This is the best dry cleaning / laundry service in Collin County. The pickup / delivery service is outstanding - the time savings far outweigh the cost. Bibbentuckers also cleans oriental rugs, handbags and of course your outfit for when you need to look your best. I give them credit for innovation; service is provided for businesses and condos under the corporate concierge services. The service is great and the pricing is fair. I f your time would be more profitably spent making money than running your washer and dryer - use the Bibbentucker delivery service. Life is too short to spend washing and drying clothes.

I dropped off a simple trench coat and unlined dress. I was quoted $30 on drop off. When I went to pick it up the charge was over $100!!! When I asked they said the guy who quoted me didn’t know the prices and they could give me 25% discount. So I paid almost $80!!!! Huge rip off and dishonest pricing. I definitely won’t be back!Service: Special care fabric cleaning
