When I went to the store for some off the wall stuff, was pleasantly greeted by Rebecca. She was thinking out of the box and with the help of her manager, Patrick, they handled my situation, so that when I left, I had what I needed. Rebecca and Patrick were so amazing and helped so much in making the process of buying a new pool stick. Not only did they walk me through so many different ranges and options, they went above and beyond and helped me with finding the right tip as well. Would 100% recommend going to see them. I stopped in to The Billiard Factory today to purchase my first pool cue. I was greeted by Rebecca who was great to talk to. She introduced us to Patrick H., who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things pool related. Shopping there was a great experience and I was extremely satisfied with my visit.
