Having 40 years in construction this is the worst performing company I've seen in all that time. Over three months late for a shower surround. Three separate trips to do the install. Grossly incompetent management; never call-back or follow-up. Buyer beware.

Worst company I have worked with. Placed an order for the shower glass door in May, they came by 5 times and couldn’t figure the measurements correctly, didn’t have the hardware when they came another time and got the wrong size door another time. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I had to keep following up with them and they wouldn’t call me back or even respond back by text. In the end the branch manager came by to measure it once again saying he wanted a last chance to make it right, and gave me a higher quote than what the company gave since he wasn’t aware I already had a quote. Messed up company and the worst customer service. Definitely do not recommend.

What a great place! I took in a small repair, a broken pane on a lantern, and they fixed it at no charge! That was unexpected and great customer service! I highly recommend them!

This Binswanger Glass location is awesome! They helped me carry a large frame into the shop for a beveled mirror installation and did the same when it was ready. They are friendly and helpful, and the price was much less than two competitors I shopped for the exact same product and service. They also took it upon themselves to adjust the bevel size because my frame would have eaten up most of the 1" bevel - all at the same price. I will definitely use this Binswanger location for all my mirror needs in the future.

Installation with Josh R. was a pleasure; measuring not so much. Wrong measuring caused an additional installation visit, with theinconvenience of another rescheduling, and a delay of more than a month

Glass ordered came back twice with wrong measurements after the requested glass was measured by the company. It has been stressful the installation coordination with them .I have missed my remodeling deadline due to this .
