The customer service experience with Zane D, was top notch. I was there doing a same-day rush order and had a ton of customizations, and even changed my mind two or three times, but Zane showed great patience and grace with me. I really appreciated that, and I'm confident posting this review before I have even picked up the trophies because of how well I was treated by Zane. I'll be back for future orders for sure because of that interaction.

Y'all, there's a reason this place is so highly rated. My family did a Battle of the Briskets and wanted trophies in super short notice.Maria responded so quickly and got the proof approved and trophies ready to pickup in less than 2 days! The trophies themselves are so much bigger and better than I could imagine, pic attached. Thanks Blue Ribbon Awards and trophies! ? Yall are amazing!

Good evening shoppers!! Where do I begin??? I received the BEST SERVICE EVER since relocating to Tx for work! Ms. Maria and her team is a Godsend!!!!! I placed an order with a reputable company for several personalized charcuterie boards for my team. The company service was so horrible I received my full refund a week before our holiday dinner (where the exchanging of gifts is scheduled). So I found some replacements on Amazon, but unfortunately the personalization would not grantee deliver in less than a week ( which is all the time I had considering my holiday travel). Not familiar with Tx, I googled “wood engraving” and Blue Ribbon appeared. I immediately called on a Friday (end of bus week). I explained to Ms. MARIA my dilemma and she said, you know what, how soon can you get here…I could have cried! I said I can be there within the hour. She said I will see you when you get here and we will take care of you. I get there and she was as angelic as her voice. Very welcoming and friendly. I showed her my items and she said let me know what you want and we will have it by Tuesday. Of course I was pretty nervous as I fly out on Wednesday and Sue said they were closed on Weekends, WHAT!!!!! We were pushing it but when I tell you Saturday I received proof of font, Sunday final product view and MONDAY, my items were ready for PICKUP!!! Outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Oh and the finished PRODUCT WAS AWESOME AND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!!!! She handled it with white glove and they look beautiful!! Ms. Maria and team and I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH for YOUR SERVICE. I cannot wait to see the look on my teams face when they see the amazing work.THE quality of WORK is immaculate! The customer SERVICE is outstanding! The cost is REASONABLE AND WELL WOTTH IT! I would recommend Blue Ribbon Awards hands down! ??God Bless Blue Ribbon! Happy Holidays and best wishes for 2024!!! I will see you in 2024.

Small business that we like to support! They were prompt, detailed, and went above and beyond for us. They ran into a snafu with our cup but proactively took action to find a solution and delivered a beautifully engraved tumbler for our team member. We will be coming back to Blue Ribbon Trophies for sure.

Blue Ribbon Trophies is fantastic to as a source of all your award needs. I needed to get quick turnaround on a time-sensitive award. All other places had longer turnarounds than I needed, typically 2-4 weeks), especially at this busy April time. I called on a Friday morning. Maria at Blue Ribbon Trophies had me a proof back before 1:30 pm that afternoon. There were adjustements I wanted, and she turned them around that same night. I sent her approval on Sunday and I picked up a perfectly finished award on Wednesday morning. There is no way that I should have expected turnaround of less than a week when no one else could do it in less than two weeks, but Blue Ribbon did it! Their sevrice was great, quality was top notch, and prices were more than fair. I'll contact Blue Ribbon Trophies for all my trophy needs. They have an easy to use website and they have lots of floor sample in their Plano store. I don't recommend places lightly, but I highly recommend Blue Ribbon Trophies.

Absolutely the best trophy/award shop around. Excellent customer service, quick production times, and always willing to work with you in order to find the perfect item or create the perfect layout for your project. Maria, Bill and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and make doing business with them seamless. I have done business with them for several years and will continue for many years to come!
