They will no longer sell you anything at the store since “they cracked down on it”. It’s just a showroom. No idea what they keep in the back since nothing is for sale. I understand not keeping everything in stock but if you have it, sell it then pull something else out and throw it on the rack. Losing customers one bad management decision at a time.

The team at the Bonobos Guideshop is top notch. I've been in there a couple of times and they are super friendly and knowledgable about the line. This is not typical retail, where they stock each item in every size. This is more like a showroom, where you can check out the styles and determine your sizing in their brand. (They offer a very extensive variety of sizes, cuts, lengths, ect.) This makes online returns a breeze, and was great for zeroing in on the perfect jacket fit. My husband loves their clothes, so I'm sure I'll stop in again.

I just popped into the store with my wife on a whim, and Brandon was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and the shirts fit and feels great! It was an excellent all-around experience, and Brandon was very easy to work with.

Probably one my most painless shopping experiences where I was matched up with fits that complimented my build and style. The team there was knowledgeable and friendly-I even got expedited shipping for the gear in time for my weekend date. I’ll be back for the fall line.

Maiya was my Bonobos guide, and from the second I walked into the store, she was warm, friendly, and helpful for helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She was able to look up my past transactions to help guide my decision making but also provided input on what would look best today. Shopping is not exactly my favorite activity but Maiya made it a much more enjoyable experience without being overbearing. Thank you for your help!

Miya and the others working in the store were very helpful. We tried on various versions of different clothes to help me with purchases I made today and ones that I may make in the future. Miya was not only helpful but pleasant.

My wife dragged me clothes shopping for a wedding later this summer. This was not the typical experience, which was a good thing. We were helped by Miya, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, entertaining and extremely patient. I would strongly recommend and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

I stopped by Bonobos for the first time and had a great experience. I was instantly greeted by Brandon and he helped me find some pants that I was looking for. He provided excellent customer service and gave me several options to choose from. The clothes seem like good quality and I would definitely recommend visiting this store.

Brandon was so friendly and professional, I have a really hard time understanding what cut of pant fits me best, but Brandon was there to walk me through the entire process and walk out with 3 different pairs of pants!
