Dirty location. Music was playing so loud we couldn't hear the rep. We HAD been with Boost for several years and recently moved to Dallas and was really disappointed with this Boost in Plano. We have switched providers unfortunately. Need to get act together. Do not recommend.

Very bad customer service, they don't help you solve your problem, they need more training to be able to solve problems with customers, the workers are only interested in selling but not solving or at least helping with the problem, they couldn't help me get paid with a card it became easier for them to tell them to call customer service because they don't accept card payments

This location will charge you activation and Sim card for 45 dollars so don't go to them if you just want to sign up. The guy will send you up with 5gb data plan for each line without telling you that you are paying for 30 gb data so you have to call customer to get this fix when you run out of data on your plan. So you time and money by getting everything online or call customer service

I do NOT recommend this store or Boost mobile at all. I have been a Boost customer for over 18 years and I received the worst customer service with this store and Boost customer service. I was charged for a phone and line I did not have. I was told that I could port my daughter's number over from Cricket and was told she needed to get another phone to keep the number, so I bought a new phone-when that did not work, I had to buy another more expensive phone (bc the first phone would not activate for some reason- they could not figure out why) and was told she could not keep the same number after all. I then had to buy another more expensive phone and get a new number, which I did. When Boost took my auto pay, I was charged for the line and phone I did not have (the first phone they tried to activate w/old number)- the same one they told me I could not have. When I called Boost, they refused to give me a refund because "I already paid the bill." This store did not remove the line/phone from my account that they could not activate so I am paying for phone and line I don't have. On top of that, I saw that the store signed my daughter up for a more expensive Mexico calling plan that I told them I did not need or want but I had to pay for that also and on 2 lines!!! I am leaving Boost for good!
