I had the misfortune of visiting another soulless chain auto shop that preys on unsuspecting customers. Despite presenting my car for engine noise, I was sold a bill of goods and ended up paying for something entirely unrelated. While it's ultimately my fault for not being more discerning, the technician's sloppy workmanship is inexcusable. Instead of referring me to a specialist, they wasted my time with unnecessary fluid refills.
To add insult to injury, one of the technicians claimed not to have heard any noise during their inspection.
It's a travesty that these chain shops continue to masquerade as full-service providers. The lack of transparency and honesty is staggering. I can only wonder how long it will take for them to learn the value of integrity and actually provide their customers with genuine, expert care

Brad, Tay were awesome. Zack the technician was very knowledgeable and was able to replace all 4 brake pads & rotors while we shopped at nearby stores
