I went through Brazos Bank to get a loan for my house, and Luis was the lender who helped us. The process was smooth and straightforward. Luis was awesome—helpful, patient, and supportive throughout. We truly appreciate his assistance, and the fact that he speaks Spanish was an added bonus for us.

Working with Hussein was truly a blessing throughout my homebuying journey. He’s not just your lender—he’s your guide,as a first-time homebuyer navigating a complicated process and dealing with a particularly difficult realtor, having Hussein by my side made all the difference.
He was incredibly responsive—always quick to pick up the phone or reply to emails, no matter the time or day. His calm, professional demeanor and genuine care helped me stay grounded through the emotional ups and downs. One suggestion I have is for the team to spend a bit more time reviewing the documents with clients, especially those buying a home for the first time.Additionally, I noticed that communication from certain team members tapered off towards the final stages. A little more responsiveness and empathy at that point would have gone a long way.
Overall, I’m grateful for the help and dedication I received, and I’d highly highly recommend this team—especially if you're looking for someone who will be there for you from day one.

I had great expierence with Luis Mondaca, he explained everything to me in detail and was always accomdating any time for questions or concerns.He alwaye made an effort to go the extra mile too help me search the best options for me when closing for the house by suggestions or extra details to look for when purchasing for my home and bills. I always had access to evertyhing with him and was available communicate effectively with me thtough it all. I would definitely recommend !

Michael Leak (my loan officer) was very helpful in my first ever home. He went through with me all process step by step. And got me rates and loan , what he promised.
