We loved this daycare for our daughter. The teachers were great and the facility was well put together. The food was excellent and the whole staff was really friendly. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for daycare to give this place a try. Thanks for taking such good care of our daughter.

My daughter has been at this Bright Horizons Legacy center since she was four months old and is now almost 3. The location is a perfect commute. The front desk staff, and all teachers that we’ve had the pleasure of working with have made me feel very comfortable as a first time mom with going through child care. The teachers are amazing and you can tell they love what they do. If I have any questions about anything, they are always quick to give me an answer. I love the fact that every diaper change, meal, what they learned that day and the best part….photos are updated throughout the day on their app. Also the schools meal plan is made a month in advance and very nutritious. I would recommend this center 1000% every time!

This is my 2nd post as I believe my voice is trying to be silenced! I have been waiting ~ 3 weeks for a response from Director Kathy and corporate management, Lori and Sofia, regarding clarification on why my daughter was unenrolled as a victim. I believe this decision violates my civil rights. This is after we were assured she would not be affected for actions outside of our control. The lack of communication and empathy throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. Especially since my daughter has attended for 3 years (an investment of > $45k) only to be treated as trash, discarded without regard.
As a concerned parent, I expected more understanding and prompt attention to this matter. The absence of empathy and accountability in addressing our concerns is unacceptable. This once nurturing and inclusive environment has now become overrun by corporate interests.

Bright horizons has been a wonderful place for us. We were nervous to drop off our 4 month old when we first started, and we quickly saw how well they took care of her and how much she developed. My baby has been happy every day that i drop her off. Thank you for giving us the peace of mind we need in order to work - we know she's in good hands. The whole daycare staff has been helpful, kind, and nurturing to baby girl. Just wanted to say thank you to the whole team. We're moving away from the daycare but wanted to leave a positive note in case any of you are on the fence.

The summer was amazing at the Bright Horizons at Legacy location in Plano. My son Daniel woke up early and looked forward to going daily which made me feel great! The directors and staff at this facility were absolutely amazing and were engaged with the kids. I will absolutely recommend and utilize this center going forward and if you have not used this center you should give them a try as you will not be disappointed!

I love every single thing about this center!! The staff is always so friendly and genuinely love what they do. As a mom of a speech delayed child I was so afraid of putting him in a place where no one would understand his needs and I am amazed at his progress and how well the staff cares for him. Every single day my son comes home saying more words. He now identifies body parts, animals, numbers and letters. He is learning so much and enjoys all of the activities that the center plans. Today he came up to me and said hug then gave me one.. I literally cried. I love the covered playground and how I see them encouraging the children to drink water and stay hydrated when outside. I love that the director is literally almost always onsite when I go and she is so active with getting to know the parents and being in the different rooms with the children. My child runs inside in the morning and has never cried or been upset to go .. he actually cries when he has to leave and that confirms to me how happy and safe he feels here. I highly recommend this center!!

I’ve had a great experience with Bright Horizons at Legacy. The staff is friendly and caring, and the facility is clean with lots of activities. Happy to have found a resource like this for my family. Would recommend it!

Sheila and the entire team at bright horizons legacy are amazing. Finding the right care for your little one is not easy, but BH has surpassed our expectations from a quality of care perspective and the education. Would highly recommend to any parent - these are educators, they know how to care and teach growing minds!

I am a speech language pathologist and have gone in to many daycares and schools to work with different children. I was so impressed with Bright Horizon and really enjoyed going in to this school. Their staff is all very welcoming, professional, and caring towards the children. The director Ms. Shelia Davis really fosters a nurturing environment and she takes the time to know each student. You can tell she really cares about the children here!
