Nice folks, but can’t do business with them. Tried on a suit yesterday. “The tailor will be here tomorrow.” Drove an hour. “I’m sorry. The tailor just left.” I’ll buy 2 suits elsewhere. I see why the stores have closed.

This was my first time shopping at a Brooks Brothers store, and I was truly impressed, especially thanks to Leanne (Store Manager). I came in looking for professional outfits that still felt feminine (which can be a challenge), and Leanne was incredibly helpful every step of the way. She showed me several great options and even took the time to order pieces that weren’t available in my size or preferred color combo. The selection and quality of the items exceeded my expectations, and Leanne’s knowledge and wonderful attitude made the experience even better.

Great inventory and shopping experience. Seth was excellent to work with and very helpful in picking out my shirts, letting me know of ongoing deals, and working with me on finding the right sizes.

I bought three suits here about three years ago. The Taylor was horrible. I can’t wear the pants as the seams keep coming out and I’ve lost confidence to risk public embarrassment. I’ve had the seams on the jackets repaired several times only to have a new unravel almost every time I wear them. I had the interior pocket come apart and lost a card internal in the suit jacket. I would literal have to have them completely redone by a qualified Taylor. Brooks Brothers is not a quality product anymore. Don’t waste your money.

Brooks Brothers in the Willow Bend Mall is a very classy fashion brand. They really know how to represent themselves well with their displays and the quality of their clothes and suits. The employees are very nice and incredibly knowledgeable about all types of styles and how to style the clothes. I've been shopping here for over a decade, and it's always a perfect experience. Great store, great people—I’ll always keep coming back. Five stars!

I've been coming to this store since the day it opened. Sadly, Andrew has retired but Christine, the manager, gives excellent, top notch service. And their tailor is from A+ in Frisco, the best in the business. Once, my father and I were shopping in this store when he casually mentioned that a pen had exploded in his pocket in one of his Brooks Brother dress shirts at work. They gave him a brand new Oxford shirt as a replacement for free. I was floored.

Brooks Brothers is the oldest retail store in the USA. 43 out of 45 presidents have worn Brooks Brothers (Obama, Bush, Kennedy, Lincoln, etc...)Dress clothing, casual, and accessories (belts, wallets, ties, etc.) Brooks Brothers is the only place to shop. At least it is for me.
