The car was great on gas.
But the rear end has bad vibrations proceeding over 65 mph it felt like a tire wanted to blow are the rear-end go out. The car was a new Nissan Sentra
Other than that the staff we're nice. I'm giving 4stars because of the car but staff a 5star.

Horrible place to come to. Cars are dirty the service is rude and they do not know how to treat customers. I have been renting from and Avis and Budget for many years but will never again after coming to this location. The lady and the guy with the accent were both very rude BEWARE!

I've been renting exclusively from Budget for many, many years. I am exclusive to Budget because the service is always amazing. There's never a high-pressure sell on extra insurance. They always work with me if I'm running late or early. I've never had a bad Budget experience. Until this store. I will continue to rent solely from Budget, but I will never pickup or drop at this location again. Every other Budget location that I've used, all across America, seems to understand that my stinky, sweaty, trailer trash money is just as green as everyone else's. I know what I look like, sound like, and smell like. I'm a old stinky smoker from the trailer parks of east Texas. But Budget employees have always treated me the same as the rich customers who dress and smell nice. They didn't know how much money I have, but they've always treated me the same as everyone else. Until this location.

Didn't honor reservation or offer to fix the problem of 6 people (and their luggage) who depended on them for transportation. As bad as it gets.

The staff on new years eve was amazing! She was super helpful and nice for our reservation. She was able to change to a roomier car to accommodate our needs. Will rent at this location again!

Make sure before making reservations they have the at you want because they’ll give you what they have

We had an emergency in the family and needed a car at the last minute. The staff was great!! The car we got was clean and perfect!!
