16+ days since an online order was placed, 2 emails sent, 2 voice mails sent and I’ve heard nothing from Buon Vino. They have no problem collecting payment, but haven’t sent the wine or even responded to me. Pathetic. Don’t order from them.

Cool spot with great hard to find in our local area wines and at good prices. The staff was polite and helpful and if you're on their email list they can alert you of specials and tastings.

Love this place! So fun to stop in for a glass of wine while picking up pre-ordered wine! Martin is great company and so hospitable. It's hard to find, but with the search. Go if you love wine and good company.

I was looking for a wine that no store around town seemed to carry in stock or have an ability to place an order when I stumbled across Simplified Wine (soon rebranding you Buon Vino) and I have to say this was definitely serendipity. I spoke with Gerald and they are a wine consierge that not only has amazing service (he placed an order for me with next day delivery), but their pricing is absolutely stellar too! In addition to being incredibly knowledgeable and connecting you to your favorite wines, they have tastings and other events too! I would definitely recommend checking this place out if you love wine!

We've been tasting club members for a few years now. It's our own hidden tasting room in Plano one Saturday every month. Gerald and the team pick great wines for us to try at great prices along with cheese and crackers. Oftentimes we receive our chosen wines after the tasting and other times they'll bring it to our house. They even special order wines and have special tastings with winemakers/representatives throughout the month.
