After calling around to the big stores, it was all 1-2 weeks and unknown costs to remove a snapped grip screw in my handgun.I walked in and was assisted immediately even though Michael was already busy with another project. He invited me to sit down shared some interesting information with me and 15 minutes later I’m out the door for $20. Brian built my upper a few weeks back so I knew I would be taken care of here. Don’t waste time anywhere else when these guys know what they are doing and they are super fast at that.

CG handles all my FFL transfers quickly and efficiently. They even do excellent builds, the only people I trust with my rifles.

Fantastic place, and great work. Have repaired two of my guns so far, one with same day turnout. Prices are very reasonable, and answered all my stupid questions :D

Professional but very friendly. They do honest work, they stand behind their work, great set of gunsmiths that operate and own this establishment. I'll continue to do more business with them. I highly recommend this gunsmith shop.

Robert and Michael were HUGE help. I brought in my Staccato 2011 because the DPO plate wouldn’t come off, and I came in the shop roughly less than an hour before the were closing on a Saturday (3PM). Michael was more than willing enough to drill and extract the nasty screw out, and tapped it out for me, all while showing me what he was doing throughout the process.Fantastic customer service, these fellas do this because they LOVE it, and more smiths need to learn from em. Absolutely coming back here again for my smithing needs. Thank you Michael and Robert!!

My Colt 10mm needed a new extractor, brought it in and they fixed it in less than 2 weeks. New extractor from Wilson Combat, and my gun works perfectly. Great work in short time. Highly recommend them.

The most expensive gunsmith I have came across he quoted me $40 to unscrew my muzzle brake essentially a 4 second job, so I'm assuming his rates are a dollar a second slow communication as well not recommended

Words can't come close to describe how brilliant and simply the best that these guys are in their profession. I fully trust them with my firearms and to do nothing but the best work which they always do. I trust them with my life. Which is your weapon working when needed, during any life-threatening situation. It is better to have a firearm and not need it than to not have a firearm when you need one. If that doesn't say anything, I don't know what will. I highly recommend Cajun Gunsmith. For all my firearm related questions and / or concerns about the industry. They know their stuff. Highly skilled and knowledgeable.

Nothing but the best from these gunsmiths.I have had woodwork, assembly, pin & weld, and an action job done by these fellers across different firearms. For as long as I remain in Texas, they will be my first and last option for serious firearm work I am unable to do myself. It is money well spent on something that is not just a hobby or lifestyle, but can save my life. The pricing is very good, and I have not quailed once on a bill of services broken down to me.I get good advice from these gunsmiths, and I feel absolutely confident that when I bring over or drop off a project, that it will be accomplished, even when additional issues arise that I did not anticipate, such as a part requiring troubleshooting during install and finishing. As I continue my 2A journey, expand into more platforms, and modify perfectly functional firearms to better suit my criteria and ergonomics, Cajun Gunsmith has the expertise to get me back running and on center again. The shop's capabilities continue to increase -they just got cerakote up and running, and when I am in the shop, its not ARs, but an assortment of new and old (I mean ooooold) technology getting worked on.It's not just a service/retail experience. Hard yesses, and more necessary: hard noes as to what is possible for a given project. That builds this customer's trust and loyalty.Thank you Michael & Brian!

Hands down best experience at a "Gunsmith". They are literally just like a older brother who helps you with your gun problems and repairs the issue at the same time. Honest and fair wouldn't go anywhere else.
