First, I want to say the cake balls were good, my rating is based off the lack of customer service. I sent in a picture of what I was wanting for a quote, and was given a quote. The design had cake balls on both ends, and was under the impression that the two cake balls would just be one split in half between the two sides. I followed up about a week before making sure we were all set. Then I call the day before, as I got an email saying my order was ready, and that’s when they told me my order was going to be cut in half. So 36 cake cops went down to 18. They had multiple opportunities to tell me that before THE DAY BEFORE MY SONS PARTY. She did say she could possibly make more the day of, but she also said “did you think you were going to get some for free”. Had the communication been better, I’d probably give a higher rating, however, insinuating that I wanted something for free is absurd when my order drastically changed less than 24 hours before a party.

We used Cake Bites for our gender reveal, and everything was perfect. They were great at communicating and really went above and beyond for us. We'd definitely use them for other events in the future!!!!

My kids love every flavor... except carrot because it's a vegetable ?\\u200d♀️. My fave are the red velvet and the chocolate mint! Triple chocolate is pretty good too!

Ordered cake bites as birthday gift for my sister. Beautiful packaging and the cake bites were very yummy. They even accommodated my last minute request and were very kind. Appreciate the great customer service.

The custom cake pops I ordered were everything I envisioned and tasted amazing! The owner was very nice and accommodating. There were a couple of letters that were broken on the cake pops, but not a big deal. I will definitely use this place again.

I ordered two dozen birthday pops and asked for them to be individually wrapped. I was very impressed at how adorable these pops were and how my request was done. I’ll definitely order again. She was very nice and helpful with my order.

We had ordered cake pops and strawberry choclates as custom order in minnie mouse theme and they looked perfect and was absolutely kids and adults favourite! I definitely recommend this business, she is very sweet lady and her cake pops were tasty as well!

Ordered the gluten free chocolate and vanilla through GrubHub on a whim and they were DELICIOUS! I had zero reaction (and I have celiac and wheat allergies) so I will be back ASAP try the other GF flavors they offer. So amazing tasting, so many flavors, and so many custom decorating options. Thank you for providing safe food options! Can’t wait to return. Yum!

Ordered Cake Bites for an engagement party and they were perfect. We got so many comments about the taste and look. The bride is allergic to wheat and the gluten free cake bites were fabulous.

I'm not sure how they manage to get such amazing design on such a little space, but they do!!! They will even customize for my events...work, baby shower, birthday party, fundraisers, etc! I've tried several flavors, hard to pick a favorite, but love strawberry :) Cake bites takes such care in quality control that I know my expectations will be met. Will definitely order again
