I’ve had the pleasure of working with Caliber Collision twice, and both experiences have been exceptional. David Rojas helped me with the first vehicle repair, and he was incredibly professional, warm, and kind. The repairs were flawless, and the whole process was seamless.
More recently, I worked with Greg Bitzer, the general manager. Greg is genuinely one of the kindest, most communicative, and transparent people I’ve ever worked with in the auto repair world. I usually prefer to communicate by email because of my busy work schedule, and Greg made it easy. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions, provided detailed updates, and made sure I felt informed and confident every step of the way. It’s clear he truly cares about both the customers and the quality of work being delivered.
I also want to give a shoutout to the front desk staff. I may be mistaken on her name, but I believe it’s Leslie. She keeps everything running smoothly. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm welcome and makes sure every customer is taken care of. She’s also great to chat with, and her professionalism really stands out.
If you ever need collision repairs, I highly recommend this location. Ask for Greg or David. You’ll be in excellent hands.

Good job and Quick turnaround.
I got rear-ended and my rear bumper had a dent. Dany suggested that my car would be fixed in about 3-5 days. However I was surprised when my car was ready in 2 days. It looked like the dent was never there.

I am very pleased with the communication, quality work, and timeliness of getting my Mazda CX-5 up and running after my front bumper took a bad hit. I appreciate the customer service Tim provided through the process, and the partnership with Enterprise made dropping off my rental car easy.

Some recent inclement weather damaged our vehicle. My insurance provider partners with Caliber Collision. Caliber kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Drop off and pick up were both easy as well. Quality of the work looks great. I'd definitely consider Caliber for future automotive paint and body needs. Service was friendly and responsive as well.

Another truck backed into my F150 and they were able to repair it quickly. Their partnership with the local Enterprise made it easy for me to pick up and drop off the rental vehicle. Their customer service is great, always keeping me updated on the status of my repair.
