Hilda Ramirez, Service Adviser at Caliber Collision, prepared an estimate with such knowledge and skill, it prompted me to write this review. She was so honest and direct in explaining how the profession works, I got answers to all my questions, and she explained my vehicle damage in a way that helped me understand.

I took my truck into Caliber on Hebron/Park for collision repair.
I met Paul the manager who was very friendly and knowledgeable about what I was needing done.
My truck was in the shop for about 3 1/2 weeks due to some parts on back order.
I asked to get my truck out before all the parts were received and installed due to an out of town trip I had planned.
The truck looked great even with the 2 parts missing... Almost new!
Paul informed me a couple weeks later that the parts were in so I returned my truck and had them install the remaining parts... AND WOW!!
My truck looks better than it did before the accident...
Paul and his crew personally delivered my truck to my home once it was done and he even apologized for the time it took to get it completed, even though the parts delivery were out of their control.
I would highly encourage anyone with vehicle damage to go to Caliber in West Plano and let Paul and his team handle your business...
I did and I can't thank them enough.

Had my car rear ended from a hit and run vehicle and thankfully saw no visible damage on the bumper. But I was concerned about hidden damage and the manager was very understanding of my concerns. They took the time to do a thorough inspection and everything was in good condition. I was very satisfied with their efforts and will come back if any issues arise.

Really liars.
They take the job and give warranty of their work but doesn't do nothing.
Manger Paul is absolutely good for nothing and blaming you for what you haven't done.
I wish I can give them 0000 star.
Never recommending anyone.

Pathetic service𤣠Got my car fixed from them a couple months back, they delayed it because they told me one of their workers curbed my car. I go back because my bumper is lose because of their horrible work and theyâre blaming me saying the damage is because of me and that their employees never curbed my car. âManagerâ Paul is honestly something else idk if dude is the manager or what but bro needs to learn how to talk to people and needs to stop lying.

Poor workmanship and failure to correct it. The front bumper sticks out. Multiple visits have failed to correct the problem. The agent is pleasant, but the repair work is awful. Don't Go Here

Worst service I have ever had. When they asked me to bring it back in after not fixing it they still didnât fix it. They called me at the end of the day on Friday so it was too late for me to pick it up. I did not have a car for the weekend for no reason at all because it was not even fixed.
