Poor communication from the Frisco location. I was not notified for multiple days that my car was ready for pickup because they had my phone number wrong, and I never received any updates by email.
The repair quality was also disappointing. The paint job has visible defects, including two small bumps about the size of a grain of rice, which should have been caught and corrected before delivery.
I would not return here and would not recommend this shop.

This caliber location was a fantastic experience. The staff at this location are always so kind and helpful. They made the process so much easier and less stressful. Kristi was very patient with me and friendly. I recommend this location to anyone who needs their car repaired or has been in an accident recently!

Had a great repair experience with Caliber. The collision itself was frustrating and trying to find a repair shop to work on my EV vehicle added to the stress. Kristi took the time to explain the process and restored my confidence that my car would be taken care of. The quality of the repair and the service from Kristi as well as the other staff exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

My EV car owner experience was very bad. First they had me take it in to the nearest location then had it transported to another location that it didn’t go to. I had to call to find out the correct location. Then service lady Kristi was rude, lied, screamed and talked to me like I was a child. 3 wks of endless hopes.

My mom is visiting Dallas and stopped by Caliber Collision on Monday evening for what she hoped was a minor repair to my grandfather’s car. Justin was insanely helpful and worked quickly to fix the car. Would recommend Justin and Caliber to anyone in the area!
