I brought my car in for a cash estimate after some paint splattered on my front bumper. The woman that helped us took the car to the back and the painter was able to actually remove most of the paint for us and at no cost! We would definitely use them in the future if we ever got into a collision. Excellent customer service and we felt they went above and beyond for us.

I came into the establishment today 12/26/23 at 12:30 pm CST because I had my car repaired at this location and ever since my car alarm randomly goes off (even at 3 am). This problem started one week after my repairs were finished and never happened prior to the repairs at Caliber. I did not take my car back for a remedy immediately because I was told I have a lifetime warranty and I did not want to wait three months to get my car back like I originally experienced at the time of the initial repair. There was a strange, little, rude man at the front desk who spoke quickly and with a heavy accent who was no help. There was also an older woman who refused to give me her name and told me she couldn't help me and suggested I take my car elsewhere. I later found out her name was Christy.I don't feel it's fair that my car is damaged and has issues after taking my car to this location for repairs, and other people pass off my problem as if they are unable to assist. There was a young man who did assist (unfortunately I did not get his name) who said he'd look into this. It seems like I might not get help unless I complain.I had a terrible experience the first time that later turned out to be a good experience but only after the regional manager stepped in. It's unfortunate that I received such a brush-off from Christy who gave great service to the customer after me. She's obviously capable of assistance but just chooses who she will properly do her job for.I'd like assistance with repairing my car alarm and will not be happy until the repairs are properly completed.

I had scraped my garage door frame, hitting my front fender and the side of my bumper. One estimator from a different body shop had told me the paint had been scraped off and I was looking at the white undercoat.Justin was my estimator at Caliber Collision. He looked at it and said he thought he could fix it with paint thinner! He rubbed over the white stuff and removed it completely. None of my original paint was harmed. It was a little streaky, so Justin took my car to the shop where a technician, Arnold, took over and perfectly buffed everything to perfection. I am back in business as though nothing even happened. Total charge- $0.00.I recognize that my situation was pretty unique. What most impressed me was the honesty of Justin and Arnold. I thought for sure I needed new paint. What I got was customer service above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys and this shop.

Fantastic customer service! The paperwork was super easy, they were very clear and open about the estimated time to fix my car, and they even gave me a ride home when I didn't have a rental! All in all, such a good place full of sweet people!

Very slow, one missed delivery date after another, still missing a part, and the employees are strange. Eager to run away from you, blameshift, or be confrontational with you. But not eager to meet a deadline or communicate with you.7 weeks and my truck is still not done. It was not a complicated job.Services: Painting

Caliber Collision on Coit Rd replaced my bumper due to an auto accident. They did a phenomenal job. Completely 100% satisfied. They also cleaned the interior of my car, vacuumed, shampooed and polished. (Who does that) 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ treatment.Services: Painting

Tracy had done a great job above and beyond to take good care of my car. She follows up in details from scheduling appointment, picking up the vehicle and spot out other parts of the vehicle may need attention. Her able to engage with eh customer and keep prompt response must be be recognized. Her sincere care of the customer by making sure the claim is handling smoothly between the allocated amount and the achedueld repairing are handled by her professionally with warm gesture. I definitely will bring my vehicle to have them repair. The job is done right and beautifully. I am amazed by how good the part that need to repair looks like brand new again.Services: Painting

My car has been at this shop for a week now and I've had a variety of problems dealing with them.1) Highest price for parts. I was able to locate numerous OEM parts half the price they quoted me from the dealership. They obviously have an agreement with local dealerships for parts which means much more cost for the customer.2) Missed diagnosis. While I understand electrical issues can be difficult to solve, they have been troubleshooting the issue backwards. This means that they didn't replace a failed started until another component was replaced, and will most likely mean an even longer stay in the shop over a holiday.3) Repeat missed expectations. Originally I was told my car would be in the shop until Saturday, 4 days total. I began to prepare for that. However the next day I was told it would be done much sooner, as early as Thursday. So I prepared my personal schedule accordingly. That is when the missed diagnosis came in and delayed me until Monday. I was told it would be done today. However because only 1 person is at the shop it looks like my part was not located, so it will probably be until Wednesday after the holiday.Had I seen reviews which shared this kind of experience, I wouldn't have had my car towed here. Be aware they will charge you near maximum for parts and if they're busy or you have electrical issues expect very long delays.

My Mazda 6 was taken here because my son got in an accident. Every person I spoke to, was kind and respectful. There were a couple of delays due to no fault of their own (parts, tires), but it was easy to digest because of the way they deliver that news. I am thoroughly impressed by their customer service and it was exemplary. I don't know about the other Caliber Collisions but I can say that this one gave a wonderful experience.I wanted to add that Michael was the person assigned to my vehicle but every person that I spoke to was just as polite and kind as he was.
