Go to a different Calloway’s. They have a sloped parking lot here. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve had plants tip over trying to roll the cart out to my car. It does not look super sloped, but I promise you it will be very sloped when you have plants in your cart

We had my favorite pot break in a storm. I called the location in Richardson and asked if I could send a pic of the pot to see if they had a replacement. They told me I could bring the picture in and they would help me look for it… not helpful. I called another location and asked if I could email them a pic to see if they had the pot and was told for security reasons they couldn’t give out an email address… (they have my phone number name and address in their system mind you) not helpful.
Then I call this Plano location. Sher answered the phone. She was great! Listened to my problem and said I could text her the pic to her personal phone and she would look to see if they had the pit. I did and 20 seconds later she responded back with a pic of the pits I was looking for! This save me so much time and frustration from driving around to different locations. When I got there all the staff including Sher were very helpful with other purchases I made while I was there. I bought the pot but also spent an additional 400$. That was a sale missed by the other locations.

I love all Calloways locations! This one especially! Since it is close to home. They offer a better variety of flowers for my garden. And employees are always helpful! And if one particular person doesn’t know the answer to a question they ask someone who does. My number one choice!!

4-star rating primarily because of the little things, like the location and ease of parking, and the more important ones, like the variety and quality of plants.
Minus 1 star for minimal customer engagement (it is better to have researched possible options before going there) and a slightly high price.
Overall, it is a good place.

Went to this nursery yesterday for the first time and felt like plant lover’s paradise! They have very good selections of rare plants , overall they have wide varieties to choose from , honestly I was so stupid to buy from mainstream stores like Home Depot , Lowe’s etc till now . Price is reasonable too. I would recommend this nursery to everyone .

Ali at the Custer Rd location in Plano was extremely helpful! I was expecting to get maybe just an idea or two to help handle my garden questions and issues, but Ali came in clutch with information, planning help, finding realistic solutions, and selling me on a product that fits my current needs and budget to a T. Absolutely wonderful customer service from Ali. Thank you so much! I'll be back!
