I tried calling several times without success. I eventually reached someone through the main customer service line, and they transferred me to a representative at this branch. However, the person who answered the call was extremely rude and unprofessional.

This bank is a joke. I have a car loan with them and to make a cash payment an ID is required even with the account information. Not only are they inconvenient, they are ridiculous. I will never use them and am looking to refinance my loan ASAP.

Unprofessional Experience with Capital One Teller Makeela
I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with a bank teller named Makeela at Capital One. From the very start, she has displayed a lack of professionalism. She doesn’t greet customers with a simple “good morning” and seems uncomfortable or unwilling to help.
During my first encounter, she told me I needed to write “Deposit Only” on the back of my checks, which I had never been asked to do before. She pointed this out in a condescending manner. On my second visit, I happened to get her again, and she sarcastically and irritably said, “I already told you that you need to write ‘Deposit Only’ on the back.” Despite her attitude, I calmly apologized and do this for her.
Today, I went to the bank again, and it seems like she just doesn’t like interacting with me. From the moment it was her turn to assist me, she was visibly annoyed. When she noticed I forgot to write on three money orders, she looked at me, laughed mockingly, and appeared frustrated. I calmly said, “I understand that I may have missed some, but if it’s too much work for you, I’ll double-check them myself.” She rudely responded, “I didn’t say anything to you,” in an angry tone.
People like Makeela shouldn’t be in customer service. Her attitude and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. She should be assigned tasks that don’t require direct interaction with customers because this is not the way to treat people.
I don’t know how, after so many bad reviews about Makeela, she’s still working there.
The rest of the staff have always been very kind and attentive.
3/17/2024: On my last visits to the bank, Mikeela sees me but doesn’t assist me or even greet me with a courteous good morning or good afternoon, like an educated person would. It seems she lacks manners. And until someone else assists me, she doesn’t call other to help.

I have tried half a day to reach anyone with Capital One to file a complaint. I have called number after number. This is the absolute worst credit card company I have ever tried to talk to. I only get sent to one place after another only to end up at the same customer service. No one at any of the numbers they list are working .

an absolute terrible experience person wouldn’t even make eye contact with me wanted to rush me out apparently she’s having a bad day, but the energy in there is just super dark the employees look depressed. Probably need to go on a run or something.

This place is a joke! I had called location but it goes to corporate. I explained to corporate I was buying a car and needed a good amount of cash. They explained you can withdraw your entire account. I show up at the Plano location and Ardell wants to give me attitude and tell me that 10k is all he can give me. Very unprofessional! These people just don’t understand it is my money.

The teller name Kelly which she was really rude come to find out her name was not that and she didn’t want to help me. This is so sad that I went to another branch and the experience was a night and day and I have to say it is very disappointing Capital One associates with these kind of people.

I use CO across the board with credit cards and deposit account. It was convenient until they closed down almost all their physical branches. Their remote deposit feature on the app has not been working for the last several days, and help is generically AI based or non-existent. Now I have to go across town to make a deposit at one of their ATMs. Looking for a new bank

So upsetting that I can’t access my accounts nor have i been able for 3 days now due to some system outage nationwide. I’m fully aware of the world we live in today and i know that there are hackers out there daily trying to scam. But if we know that, Capital One should have better software to prevent any outages or scams. I left Wells Fargo for this very reason thinking Capital One would be better. Do better Capital One. DO BETTER!

This bank is ass. Expected to close down soon as Capital one has less and less locations in DFW. You’ll be lucky if you catch one atm actually working. Always a long line for the single working ATM. The others wont accept cash deposits or complete withdrawals and the one in the lobby is only open during office hours (dumb right?)
Don’t expect any help if you go inside just empty desk space. They close for any reasons for example it’s 37 degrees and it rained yesterday so they’re closed. Even Jamba Juice is open lol but I guess smoothies are more important than banking right capital one. I’ve had this account since HS but it’s time to close it. I primarily bank with BOA and I don’t have any of these problems.
