Does anyone know how to get ahold of capital ones Plano Texas HQ office??? Number does not work. Refinanced my car and want to know why they sat on a check that was mailed to the wrong location by my bank for over a week instead of directly re-routing. That’s just bad customer service. Called mid week and was told it wasn’t recieved yet by the outsourcing company. Was actually told the truth today as I had proof. Ridiculous I know my new bank made the original error by not using the proper addresses on the pay off doc but come on!! Holding it knowing it’s for the Auto finance dept. is foul and then snail mailing it this week.. thanks! I have so much to cancel waiting on this pay off.

Tried 3 times! Cannot reach someone in the US or who speaks English as their first language. Difficult to understand. Waste of time calling in if you actually need assistance or have a question. AVOID!!!

No one has received their deposits today or yesterday. They claim it's a technical issue, but can't seem to fix it. We need our money now!!

Customer service could not reach out to their Corporate Office to resend payoff check to proper address. Had to call 4 times and got a different explanation every time. Common sense was all that was needed to remedy the mistake, but they made it seem like an impossible task.

I was made aware by Creditwise that my information has been compromised. I called Capital One two days in a row to advise them of the situation. I was told that my privacy and security was of the utmost importance and they would flag anything unusual. On October 11 I was the victim of a scam. Capital One sent me a notice asking if I was making a $500 purchase. I did not have those funds in there so I really don’t understand why they asked and just denied the charge due to insufficient funds. I got scammed into getting a $300 gift card that was originally denied but went through. I called customer service and talked to 2 people and told them of me notifying the bank twice of a data breach. I got nowhere with them and called the company where the $300 went through. I was told they thought it was suspicious but my bank put it through. I called and spoke to Anthony and as soon as I told him what the retailer said he lost his cool. He yelled and berated me and said he was tired of the retailers blaming the bank. I informed him I spoke to 2 reps that assured me of my accounts safety since I had a security breach. He then said they lied to you and I said what? He said we don’t have time to look at your account, we can’t look at everybody’s accounts all the time and that they lied to me. He yelled and berated me telling me they have more important things to do for 3 minutes. When he was done I told him I wanted to speak to his supervisor. Briana got on the line and I told her what happened. She asked if I would like to file a complaint and I said yes. I then asked her if everything that he just told me was true and she said yes. I have been with Capital One for over 15 years and never had an issue. I told her at least now I know what kind of financial institution I was dealing with. I called tonight and asked about the complaint and I was told an email was sent out on the 15th. I checked my old and new mail. It was Capital Ones conclusion after listening to the recorded message that it was a miscommunication. I asked if they would resend the email again and was told that was not possible. I do not call being yelled at by a rep miscommunication. I understood exactly what he told me about be lied to and they really do not care about their customers apparently unless you have a lot of money in your account. This is the first time in my life that I have ever been berated, yelled at and told I was lied to. I don’t know the reason for this totally unacceptable decision but since it’s not possible for them to resend the email that they claimed I was sent I guess I can only attribute it to political correctness. I closed my account and will send back any mail that I receive from them because like I was told I no longer have time to look at their mail and I have more important things to do. I highly recommend changing banks since this bank admitted that they lie to their customers and really don’t care and don’t have the time to monitor your accounts because they have more important things to do. This is just my first review. I will be posting 8 more on different sites including BBB and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because I believe that people have the right to know that the bank that they entrust their finances to lie to them and really could care less about them.

Horrible company. We paid off our car in April…fast forward…was in an accident and my car was totaled. Capital One did not take off the lien on the computer system so it had delayed everything in being able to purchase a new vehicle. Also, I tried to call and cannot get through. I put in our information and it doesn’t recognize it obviously bc we paid off the car so now there is no account but their system won’t let me speak to a representative. Do NOT use!!!!!!! Horrible horrible.

If I could use zero stars I would. Capital One has stolen over one thousand dollars from my account with absolutely no explanations at to why. I have called and gone into the branch NUMEROUS times and they just keep telling me to wait another 5-7 days. I have waited 5-7 days for weeks now. I have also requested that my account be closed, and I was told that they could not close my account because they needed to keep it active until they could further research. I informed them that I had closed many accounts before. As long as I have a zero balance I should be able to close the account. I was then told that Capital one does not just close accounts because I want it to be closed. My rent was due on the 1st of the month, it is not August 26th and I still do not have access to the thousand dollars that I deposited into my account. I have literally been transferred to multiple departments and no one can locate the money that I have deposited into my account. It is almost time for rent to be due again, and Capital One still has not given me my money. I have been occuring a late fee of $50 per day and Captial One will not give me the money that I deposited. At this point, I have no choice but to believe Capital One is running a money laundering scam and I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Please be very, very cautious when depositing money into your account with Capitol One, they will SCAM you!

The visitor car park has a concrete border for trees that are only on the side of the road and looks like most cars go over it and it damages the car.

Have only been able to deal with them by phone. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!! Purchased my car in March. Have been trying since March to get my loan account set up so I can see everything online...you know paper free. Capital One linked my loan to a bank account at Capital One. It isn't my bank account. It took 2 hours and 5 transfers to get someone who might be able to fix it. They call back from and unknown number while I am at work on my cell phone. I don't answer personal calls or unknown numbers while I am at work. When I call back to talk to the person I have to got through 4 or 5 more people, explain everything to them and STILL can't talk to the person who is actually working on the problem! I am going to look at getting financing through my own bank where I can go to a branch to talk to a live person. Capital One is not user friendly or customer friendly. NO STARS!!!

Nice calm and fancy place but it is headquarter buildings of Capital One with no office for regular customers.
