I went there for state inspection and they have returned vehicles without putting fuel tank cap. I went to shopping and instead of opening car bonnet I have opened fuel tank door and I see no cap. I went and asked them, initially they were saying not possible. I asked them that some time back I went from here and how will it disappear. After some time arguing they went and searched and they found it in their location. Still they were not ready to even apologize. Nothing will happen, max of 10 dollars cap you need to replace is the reply. Such a response shows the service they want to provide. I went to check if there is any safety issues are there and they are returning vehicles in unsafe conditions. What if they forget some parts which we can't see.

I do not recommend this location to anyone
The staff left a big oil mark on the fabric door, so when I asked one of the staff members “ please clean the oil mark, he said they didn’t do it and first he refused to clean it, so I told him to just give me a spray or something , I will clean it by myself”.
When finally he brought a spray, he barely touched it, so I asked him “let me clean it off by myself”, and I did.
This is absolutely disrespectful. They are not honest. They are irresponsible.
They left a mark on my car and they should be responsible for it.
They should be responsible for the damage on my car.

I just moved to Plano and was looking for somewhere to get my oil changed and tires rotated and found this place. They do a great job and their prices are better than anywhere else I have found and their customer service is above and beyond!! Highly recommend them!!! 5 stars.

Professional, quality workmanship, and fair quotes on all repairs. Never pressured into unnecessary work but made aware of suggested maintenance. Quite refreshing…

Do NOT take your car to Car Care Central at Alma and Legacy. Short version - they wanted to charge me $1,900 for a repair that I was able to do myself for $12.00. 😡
Long Version - one day my trunk wouldn't open. I heard a click, but it wouldn't open. My car thought it was open (the little warning would come on each time I turned on the car), but I couldn't get it to open. So I took it to Car Care Central. They said it likely was electrical and that it would be $300 for them to diagnose the problem. After they did that the first person I talked to said it would be $1900 to repair and made it sound like they wanted to replace the thing that was responsible for ALL the power locks. I said that didn't make sense because all the other doors worked fine… so they passed the phone to someone else. I don't remember what explanation they gave me, but they said something I probably didn't understand and said they'd apply the $300 to the repair cost. I got my car and said I would have to schedule the repair later. At the time I was in a hurry, so I didn't notice that they did not give me a quote, only a receipt for the diagnostics.
Later, I decided to text my friend who's incredibly knowledgeable about cars to see if I needed to get a 2nd opinion from another mechanic. He asked to look at the quote. I contacted Car Care Central and they emailed it to me. Now the repair was $1200. 🤷♀️ Definitely suspicious. My friend then told me about 2 things I could try myself to figure out the problem on my own.
So I looked up the fuse box information for my car, found the “relay” (looks like a plug) for my trunk, unplugged that, and swapped it with a relay from another part that was working. My trunk opened! This “diagnosis” of the problem took me all of TWENTY minutes and that was only because I had up look up info first. I ordered a new relay from AutoZone for $12, got it the next day, plugged it in, and my trunk has worked since. 🤦♀️
I know we've all heard of mechanics trying to take advantage, but I'm still shocked at the amount they tried to charge me, and that they still charged me the $300 at all. 😡😡😡 So yeah, wanted to spread the warning so no one else gets scammed!

Today there was a woman in the front office who was incredibly rude and seemed disinterested in assisting me. I’m sorry that I annoyed you so much by walking in. I’ve been coming here for years and always have had excellent customer service but I walked out. Treat people better.
