1st time to try this place and explained to the guy taking my money that drives me crazy that car washes charge so much and can't get the windows clean! Biggest thing on the car and they can't get them clean! Well Car Spa can't either. Inside they did a great job. However, front windshield inside and out not clean! Smears and rear mirrors also not clean & I never saw them even touch the back of my car. In fact, its quite clear they didn't clean any of the windows except the drivers side! They were very nice but didn't do the job I paid them $40 to do! The search continues. I've tried 15 different full service car washes and not a one of them get my windows clean ever! This place off the list! Cross town not worth the drive!

Really nice car wash with a friendly staff and fast service. They do have a very large indoor waiting room with tv’s and coffee so that was a bonus. They do a great job but did notice after that my car still had some dirt and marks they didn’t get off. Small oversight is my guess. Fair prices and nice people.

I was there last Friday. I don't think they take care of their equipment. When I was going through it, the rolling brush caught on my windshield wiper, pulled it out of the wiper well, and cut half of it off. It all happened so fast but I didn't think it had damaged it until I turned it on while driving home and discovered this. Cost me $75 to buy and have another one installed this morning. Won't be returning.

My wife and I went to this car wash because I’d been there a long time ago, and they did an okay job back then. We both got an interior and exterior cleaning. We went through the wash at the same time, but my interior was done before they even started on my wife’s car. By then, we’d already been waiting 40 minutes, even though they told us it would take 20.
After almost an hour, my wife was fed up and went to check on her car, ready to leave whether it was done or not. They told her it was just finished, but when she got in, it clearly wasn’t. The dash was still dusty and it was not fully vacuumed. I had to go back and clean it myself.
We paid $40 for a job that wasn’t worth it. We’re definitely not coming back and will stick to our usual spot where they actually do it right.

Pretty bad service. I went for a interior wash $30. They suggested me that wouldn’t do shampooing mats and vaccum under seats. So I went for $60 super clean wash. After few min of wash my mats wete still dirty when i went back. They keep telling you dint sign up for shampooing mats. When i ask the difference between $30 and $60 they tell me its just the vaccum under seats. Unbelievable!!!!.
Poor management, poor customer service. Don’t recommend it at all. Dont go over there and end up in paying for higher services which is eventually waste of money.

Car wash is great but I have a membership for this I pay $25.00 per month. I need to cancel and I get the run around. I provided all requested information and still won't cancel.

Paid for the highest exterior wash. After the wash they told me the power wash was broken and they couldn’t get everything. They should’ve told me before so I could go somewhere else and not paid. I pretty much paid for the highest tier wash to get the basic wash and they didn’t offer to help remedy the situation.

Love the people but very much miss the monthly membership INSIDE and exterior cleaning! Mark is amazing!!!!! I have been a customer for 24 years though!

I have taken platinum exterior wash, they charged $23 which is useless. Just like a normal car wash. Still my car mirrors are dirty as before. I met Mark outside, he did a phenomenal job and appreciate his efforts and a guy under him. Three stars for them.
Gold, platinum etc.. are for a trick. All car washes are same.

Avoid this car wash if you care about your car's condition! I heard their equipment hit my car multiple times, and now I have scratches to prove it. The manager refused to take any responsibility. The only upside is the low cost, but now I'll be spending more on repairs. Very disappointed!

We are regulars here, but no longer. They recently raised all prices and it’s now $53 for a basic car wash. $23 to drive it through yourself and have the tires done and then they want an additional $30 to do the interior. Crazy.

wow! I came in for a car inspection and decided to take advantage of their car wash special as well. My car is an absolute disaster because I have an Australian cattle dog that rides with me everywhere, and have also just been neglecting getting it detail cleaned for a while now. I was expecting just a basic vacuum and wipe, but I got into what felt like a completely brand new car when they were done. I am super impressed??! The manager and staff were super nice and incredibly hard-working.I will be doing this more frequently!
