Showed up at 5:50, posted hours say they are open till 7PM. They were closed. What a terrible way to run a business. Judging from other reviews this happens often. I would be careful showing up without calling.

These sheets are terrible. They’re slippery and they don’t fit the mattress, they just hang off the sides.Also, be aware, You CANNOT return items to the store. They make it very difficult to return. I wish I would have known this before I drove over an hour to return poor quality sheets.

I purchased the classic sheets and after washing them they were pilling. The store associate told me they would not accept the return on the product after I paid hundreds for these sheets.

Awesome products and a friendly staff. We bought the towels, sheets, undies, and socks. The towels are my favorite but I think my husband loves the sheets more.

Amazing bamboo products. Twice as soft as cotton. Approximately 3 degrees cooler than cotton, odor resistant and hypoallergenic. Amazing. Sheets feel like silk against your skin.

A few months ago, I bought Aloha Soft sheets set in queen size from Costco and I LOVED them. Costco is currently out of stock... During this pandemic, the Carihola store was closed but I was able to call and order over the phone exactly what I wanted. Kristen went above and beyond with customer service!!! I wanted to an extra set pillowcases in same color which did not show available online. Kristen had trouble finding the item number as well but reached out to support to get what I wanted. Overall, I bought 2 king Aloha sheet sets in midnight blue and 2 extra sets of standard pillowcases in midnight blue. She sent me a confirmation email and eta of when I would receive my sheets. They arrived and everything was perfect. I love these sheets! They are great quality and so soft and cooling! Kristen was incredibly helpful and so willing to do everything she could to make me a happy customer. Great job Kristen!! I will be going back for more for my other beds when I decide which color scheme I'm doing in other rooms. Whatever you do, do not buy these sheets from amazon.com because they are off brand and not Carihola brand as they advertise. Go through Carihola store only and you will get quality customer service and quality brand items.

Love having a Cariloha store-front near home. Love the staff here and their product selection is great. Purchased resort sheet set and retreat pillows (best pillows I've used).

Very small place and very quiet. There was nobody there when we shopped. We bought bed sheets and they are very good quality. Pricey bedding sets, but completely worth it. Place is really clean, almost looks new. The employees are not pushy for you to buy things, so they are very helpful. Great place to get new bed sheets.
