However, If you must, please be careful and examine the products you buy. Any existing marks or light stains will become your responsibility if you don’t. Needless to say, if you want to return the items for some reason, they will not accept it if the tags are cut or slight stain shows up even though they might have existed when you bought them.
Such products are easily returnable in any other Carter’s in DFW.

I have always purchased from carters. It is my first time in this location. Customer service was horrible. She did not wear a badge so i did not get her name and was in a rush but i just stopped by to return items that was a gift because it was big for my baby. She had an attitude from the moment from i stepped in and was so rude during the entire process. May be cause i am indian she did not like me but i don’t think we should be judged based on the race. I just felt really upset because of the way she acted which is why i am posting this.I would recommend carters but wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

All of the staff at this location have been so friendly & helpful. There’s one lady in particular who lights up the store with her cheerful countenance. I don’t go here often, but I’m never disappointed when I do.

Good staff, very fast pick up of order and has lots of varieties for baby clothes in store. Offers curbside pick up but its hard to find parking near store due to grocery stores nearby.
