Please avoid at all costs. I decided to refinance my loan and started the process recently. they denied my application without any explanations. Had to file complaints with the Outside regulator to get them respond to my questions. Please avoid at all costs. Should give zero/ negative star. took a mortgage years ago and when it's time to refinance, they denied reasonable requests/ application just to keep taking extra money from you and will definitely NOT protect your interest. Had to go with other lender, and PAY extra transfer taxes. If you're interested in overpaying ridiculous amounts, exploited by crazy rates, try them!
