I went in on Friday to get help with myApp and to have something’s deleted off my account. The young man at the counter where you do your deposits or withdrawals was so very helpful with everything I needed done!Great customer service

The manager is clueless AND rude! She was busy visiting with a young man that worked there, and her answer to anything is “I don’t have to answer that”…. It was a simple transaction that another location was happy to do.Bad service and attitude, not just to me but a drive in customer also. She instructed her employee that “she didn’t have to answer that”….. I think she didn’t know why she can’t do anything. Skip this location.

This Chase location is more worried about providing charging stations for electric cars than having working ATMs!!!! I've been here a couple times within 2 months and those times the atm is broken. There's no drive thru atm or an inside atm, and the only atm they have 90% of the time is broken.

Surprised by the bad reviews. I’m from out of town and was here to wire some money to a client and Karen was very helpful and upon asking for other options informed me of a way to send a counter check instead and save the $35 I would have spent on the wire transfer. Thank you.

This branch is closed on business days without any notice many times a year and there is absolutely no way for a customer to know when they will open back. Such a waste of a great banking location.

THis atm NEVER works. It is out at least once every single week and it’s always the day I need to go. It is such an incovience as it is he only atm on this side of town. Do better. I have never had this problem at any chase

Pretty awful here. Service is very slow, if you get any at all. We've been here multiple times recently. Believe the bad reviews. We don't ever wanna go here again unless we really have to. There are no tellers (at desks). ZERO. I asked the Lead Associate (not manager) where all the desk people are. She said they moved on to other things. Me- uhm yeah, I can see why! Your '15 min wait' will easily become 30+ min. Whatever management they have, sucks. A lady came in needing to use her box. The 2 people at the counter paused, hesitated and said - o, I don't know if I can do that. She said - why not? They looked at each other and said - there's only 2 of us here and we can't leave our area. Lady - are you serious?? The obvious solution is 1 if you stay here and the other get me in the box. She looked at them like they were clueless. The guy said (in a not sure way)- o, well, I guess we can do that. seriously...??!! The fact that a customer told that what needed to be done and was so simple to begin with...shocking. And sorry but the stupidity on employees part was astounding. We totally get that so much has changed due to covid. But come the hell on! What a waste of a bank.

I don’t understand why people right such nasty things about the employees here, they are always friendly and go out of their way to help me when I come in people need to understand that sometimes certain things are out of their control sometimes and I’m pretty sure they just give bad reviews because they could t get what the needed and just make up stuff. I’ve been banking with them for years and have had no issues at all!!

Chase kept the reduced hours from covid..fine. But, super frustrating as a business customer when I try to deposit a check before the end of the day only to find the front door locked 5 minutes before 5pm & then get in line for the drive through to have the teller there close the blinds as I finally get to the front of the line.

Day 1: that women at the desk didn't accept my passport as an ID. I literally used that create my account and they can't do that??Day 2: Different man, same branch.I saw her but just avoided her. He accepted my passport as an id.That women doesn't know anything and doesn't respect passport.Seriously? Go learn what an id is..

Awful customer service and racist. The inside was not clean. The lady at the front was asking multiple questions not concerning what i was there for and raised her voice multiple times. These people are a joke and i would not recommend going to this branch for absolutely anything. If i could give no stars and just the review i would.

Avoid this location. My wife and I are Chase customers and came into this location to pen a joint account. We went to a branch because, unlike nearly every other bank, you cannot do this online. So, were in this brand and no one is available. No one who knows how to open a new or joint account. The lady wants us to set an appointment to come back again next week. She was not Friedly, not helpful, and kept giving excuses. She also told another employee she was going to slap them once all the customers left. Just a terrible, unprofessional experience. So, I will open a joint account online with Ally Bank.
