Very bad service. The lady on the phone has time to sit there and talk on phone with me to schedule an appointment but when I asked for just a 5 minute notary service walk in, she said I need to make an appointment. Most other Chase takes walk in for notary service. Waste customer time and very bad service

I've been to this branch because they were charging hidden monthly fees, couldn't get the issue fixed Instead they recommended calling customer care like bruh!

Hands down the worst branch of Dallas. If their ATM isn't working like usual then you can walk back to your car because they'd rather install car chargers than a vehicle accessible ATM that works properly.Wells Fargo across the street is much nicer, cleaner and seems to maintain their ATMs. Might be time for a bank change

Used to be Bank One way back in the day before Chase took over. The staff needs to understand and know their product more as we've been disappointed multiple times having to explain to them our own account situation. The ATM outside is outdated and quite frankly untrustworthy. I never know if the patron before me put a skimmer on here or not. Please have more and better-secured ATM options.

My interaction with Natalia was less than satisfactory. I came in the o make a deposit for my job and I asked to use the bathroom and she asked if I was a customer and before I could answer she said no is just for customers. I let her know is rude to speak over someone and I was actually going to make a deposit for my empure and she should first listen. I have dealt with this same sass from her before I I didn’t appreciate it. She said she has not seen be before and I don’t know how she can remember every single person that walks in the branch but I know her and remember her. Besides her everyone else is pretty nice there.

This branch needs to train it's tellers. Or better yet upgrade to a Drive up ATM.
