I have had nothing but trouble and duplicated charges they don't catch or even alert me about that was charged to my account and I am going to the local chase bank today to speak with a top manager and if they don't rectify these disputes of unauthorizedamounts made to my account I'm closing my account and open a bank account with Bank of america or some bamk that has a jugher rate then 2 stars!!!! They constantly make mistakes! I'm so tired of it! I don't even want to give them one star. I'm also sick amd getting over pneumonia!!! I would think my money would be safe but they have been really went down hill. Im about to make a huge deposit now I'm not so site it will be with your bank!

Im posting this review solely on atm access. Which is really all i go to the bank for. I go on the weekends and the atms (3) are usually not working or not accessible. The in door one is locked. If they are going to lock that one then at least have the others working. The other two either dont work or just one works which makes long lines for the sometimes only 1 working. It doesn't seem like it should be alot to ask to have all the atms working all the time

went in to take advantage of the apply for CSP in branch offer. every chase staff i spoke to was professional and also friendly, which made my application process go through quickly. glad to have a branch like this nearby.

Not often do I enjoy my experiences at chase bank. HOWEVER, Luna Jimenez is a model employee. Great attitude and diligence working through my Issues. This includes Jessica the host as well. ! Keep up the great work!

Chase Bank at Springcreek Parkway, Plano, TexasThis branch doesn’t deserve a star.This branch customer service has deteriorated after Covid era .1. I felt like I was in China when I was in the bank. What has happened? Front liners are a joke ..they are in learning mode ?? They know nothing .2. The staff here are mostly new employees that are inexperienced, literally ! i have to correct their grammar several times since they are typing wrong info on my paperworks. Then you hear this from their mouth "this is my first time doing this."... too many incompetencies and thus errors.Previous employees were customer friendly and accommodatingWe will definitely not go to this branch.3. Customer service is horrible especially with the so called Branch Manager I think she is Hispanic woman name is Lillian Leon, inexperienced in her role as manifested by her being feisty, arrogant, no customer service behavior, refused suggestions in regards to how customers should be treated, instead of gaining customers she drives them away showing her lack of privacy in talking to clients in the hallway, trying to show her power . Very inexperience.She is not going to last long in her job. She needs training and Chase MUST or a model to the Chase bank staff in Springcreek pkwy branch. train their people ..or get rid of this manager.She has no business being a feisty manager or a model to the Chase bank staff in Springcreek pkwy branch.
