Not often do I enjoy my experiences at chase bank. HOWEVER, Luna Jimenez is a model employee. Great attitude and diligence working through my Issues. This includes Jessica the host as well. ! Keep up the great work!

Chase Bank at Springcreek Parkway, Plano, TexasThis branch doesn’t deserve a star.This branch customer service has deteriorated after Covid era .1. I felt like I was in China when I was in the bank. What has happened? Front liners are a joke ..they are in learning mode ?? They know nothing .2. The staff here are mostly new employees that are inexperienced, literally ! i have to correct their grammar several times since they are typing wrong info on my paperworks. Then you hear this from their mouth "this is my first time doing this."... too many incompetencies and thus errors.Previous employees were customer friendly and accommodatingWe will definitely not go to this branch.3. Customer service is horrible especially with the so called Branch Manager I think she is Hispanic woman name is Lillian Leon, inexperienced in her role as manifested by her being feisty, arrogant, no customer service behavior, refused suggestions in regards to how customers should be treated, instead of gaining customers she drives them away showing her lack of privacy in talking to clients in the hallway, trying to show her power . Very inexperience.She is not going to last long in her job. She needs training and Chase MUST or a model to the Chase bank staff in Springcreek pkwy branch. train their people ..or get rid of this manager.She has no business being a feisty manager or a model to the Chase bank staff in Springcreek pkwy branch.

Excellent customer service especially Ms. Wenxin who explained everything thoroughly since I'm there to open a new acct. Not sure if they're accepting walk ins. I gave them a call and then directed me to set a meeting online. Got a schedule the next day.

Chase Bank cancelled my Business Checking Account & Credit Card fo: no reason andwithout any warning. This caused me and my employees grave harm.It caused us to bounce countless checks & ACH payments. Hard to believe, I know. Yes, but IT HAPPENED - on purpose in Plano, TX. The result wasthousands of dollars lost in fees and bank charges by HENRY'S ICE CREAM.Shame on you, Chase Bank - picking on a Small Business in a Pandemic economy. Bullying a Small Business is not the answer to your problems. I called and emailed youmore than 32 times to resolve what you did. Still no answer.Well, all my customers will know what you did. They will not speak favorably about Chase Bank.I hope this story makes National News because I have great documentation.DROP CHASE BANK

Scheduled appointment as suggested for 3pm today. Waited 41 minutes to be seen by banker. It took 8 minutes to help with what I needed. This branch is garbage.

I went into this location trying to open a new checking account. I was told that the location is “to busy” and that they didn’t have a banker available to help me even though I saw more than 6 people on staff at desks and behind the front desk. If you don’t want new business, just say that. If you want to open an account at this location, you have to set an appointment. They also don’t advertise that you need an appointment. It was Unprofessional for the young guy at the desk to say that they are to busy for new business. There was a grand total of 5 customers in the entire building.

Terrible, unprofessional uncourteous customer service. Went to open a new account, giving them new business new money and they refused service saying I'll have to come back another day as they didn't have a personal banker available. There were 3 bankers in the lobby area, just seemed like they were not interested in working rather passing the buck around. Guess banks are not interested in getting new business

Terrible customer experience! Waited in line at teller for over 5 mins. Greeted by a lady who told me I could use ATM to reset pin. Lost my place in line only to wait another 5min and be told by teller I’d have to wait for someone on the “Otherside” and there are 3 people ahead of me. This location Will be out of business w/ in 6months

This location never lets me withdraw from the ATM , it’s always disabled when I need money. You are useless to me if you can’t serve the very purpose for your existence. I will be keeping my savings away from Chase.
