Went in today to attempt to open a business account and was brushed to the side… I was told it was only one business banker on site, then teller said I can make an appointment or wait, I said I would wait, after waiting she came back and told me that the banker schedule was full so I walked out. Sad because chase is my primary bank and I started a new business and my and was brushed to the side! Horrible experience as a black man!

It’s rare for me to leave low reviews like this. But every time I’ve gone in the last year, I’ve had a negative experience at this Chase location.
Employees don’t know how to help or what to do. There was not a single person that understood international stuff last time I went. I needed an IBAN for an international wire transfer but all they kept telling me is “we don’t have one”. Instead of telling me to use my banking account number instead of an IBAN because American banks don’t participate in IBAN. This was something I ended up finding out on my own with research but it’s information at least one employee should know. Back in 2022, I didn’t have this issue at this bank location. Whenever helped me out then, actually had knowledge and was able to help me.
Teroosh “helped” me this last visit. She had to google IBAN and ended up having an attitude with me.
Very unprofessional and lack of knowledge at this chase location.

I was spoken to in a rude way at this branch. You have to be Jeffrey Epstein to get respect at Chase Bank.

I had an appointment, but when I arrived at the bank, the banker was on lunch break and no one else was available. I wasted my time going to the bank for an appointment (that I already had to set up!), all for it to be ruined. I haven't resolved my issue since my appointment was cancelled by the bankers themselves. This isn't even the first bad experience either with this bank. Truly disappointing that the bank doesn't value its customers!

Enrique Medina III is the best part about this bank.He did everything he could to save my business acct. Unfortunately Chase bank customer service is terrible and I’ll take my business elsewhere! But if he was CEO I would def keep my acct and probably bring my entire business over from Wells Fargo.

The teller team is very helpful and courteous. However, the 1-star rating is based solely on my recent experience with Chase personal banking representative, J. Raul Morales who presents an arrogant demeanor and exemplify “I could care less whether you do business with us or not attitude”.
