Generally, I've been disappointed with Chase customer service. Chase customer service representatives and banking representatives (business banking) need more training and problem solving skills.

We went to get a service there someone his name was Davis and another clerk Li and bearded guy plus someone named Leslie made a lot of excuses to not do the service. And they were pretending they were busy . Rather than wasting our time they just could do the service. However we are chase private clients, they were treating us in the lowest possible standards . Also I saw a lot of banker was sitting there without doing anything and playing with their phones. Three of them were standing and talking loudly about the Sunday’s football game.We never comeback there again. We will close all our accounts there and we are going transfer our money to the another bank.

Came in without an appointment and didnt rlly know how to do what I needed to do but a nice lady came out and helped me get what I needed and was very helpful and nice

Terrible service and lack of respect for customers time. Went in waited 20mins and bankers sitting there didn't even come acknowledge me or see if I needed help. Then they take another person ahead.Whoever is in charge needs to do a better job of training and communicating.

I had a frustrating situation today at the Chase branch off Parker and Tollway in Plano, TX. A human error on the bank’s part while exchanging currency was going to cost me approximately $1,200. Fortunately the branch manager, Christi Jones, reached out to several resources to come up with a solution to avoid me incurring the additional expense. It was a stressful situation, but in the end Christi rectified the mistake and I am highly appreciative of her help today. She took responsibility on the bank’s behalf for the mistake and jumped through several hoops (including dealing with me) to turn the experience around. Thank you Christi for your help today!

Horrible Staff. Let me start off with everyone in their had a very weird strange vibe, even the new guy. Extremely cringe and uncomfortable vibes. I asked for assistance cause I called Chase customer service and they had told me to go to a local branch for fixing a incorrect mailing address, and they treated me as if they didn't know what I was talking about. Then they got their supervisor and instead she made me call Chase customer service AGAIN when I had already done that in the first place. They all were super rude and weird. I NEVER had a bad experience with any local branch, besides this one. If you can try your best to avoid this one.

Christi, Matthew and Chris have been amazing to work with. Ask for one of them if you ever need assistance at this branch. That said, the ATM outside is usually broken so I'm glad they have a second one in the next lane.

I love this Chase location mainly because of the exemplary customer service provided by Mr.Ubaldo Estrada. In my many interactions with Ubaldo, he is always professional and dedicated to providing top tier service. He is empathetic, listens patiently, and addresses issues in a timely manner. Mr. Ubaldo Estrada provided top tier service, even though we came in about half an hour before closing. He was very outgoing and made us feel very comfortable, while still being professional and efficient at his job. Overall a great experience, and we really appreciated his customer service. I highly recommend him to be your banker

Today, I went into this banking establishment to ask a question about my account. One of the business/personal banker approached me from the back of the bank and said that he or someone else would help me in just a moment. I stood in the lobby for a few minutes and looked towards the front door as an Asian gentlemen came in walked looked around bypassed me and went directly to the guy that said he or someone else would help me in just a moment. I looked around to see if anyone else could help and this older woman come from the teller area to ask if she could help me with something. I told her, "Sure, I told her, but I don't want to say it out loud in the front of the lobby, maybe sitting at a desk would be more appropriate." At that time, I did tell her that the guy who approached me from the beginning denied me assistance and decided to help the Asian guy after me. She then said, "Can someone else help you?" I politely told her, "NO that I would take my business elsewhere" and I walked out of the store! I typically don't bank at that establishment but thought that I could on my way home from the grocery store. BAD decision. Don't recommend that location (5976 W. Parker Road, Plano, Texas 75093) ESPECIALLY if you're a person of color!!! Very unprofessional and TERRIBLE customer service!

Had to write this review before I left the parking lot. When I say TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION I say TOTAL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.Thank you to UB, my main man @ Chase off Parker & Dallas Pkwy. He hit this one out of the park and in my opinion as a business owner he deserves a raise if not a promotion.I came in upset and left with a high five @ the end. Kudos to UB! Enjoy your time off. You deserve it.
