I wouldn't give any stars if I could. Chase is getting worse and worse. Drive through is horrible, they don't even greet you, take their sweet time, and still give you an attitude. Camille is just horrible ????

Very rude staff and they wouldn’t complete my transaction. I took my business to another branch down Preston Road and they were able to complete my transaction. Don’t waste your time going to this location…it’s not worth your time.

The most pleasant experience at a bank...ever. Camille was so friendly and a true pleasure to talk to. My day is 10x better for meeting her. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I consistently receive great service at this branch. Everyone, from the manager to the tellers, are helpful and informative. Recently, one of my accounts was compromised. They helped calm the situation and then handled the closing of that account and opening of a replacement account quickly and easily.

I've been banking with Chase for 10 plus years. This location is walking distance from me and it is always an absolute nightmare to deal with the incredibly rude staff. Jenny Freeland who was notarizing something for me told me to come in "around 3:30" when I called ahead. I got there at 3:37 and she completely embarrassed me saying that she's with a customer opening an account and that I should have been on time and kept saying how I was late. I told her nicely she said around 3:30, I got off work at 3:30 and then headed straight over. It's for my daughters daycare so it was time sensitive. She SIGHS so loudly, again, so embarrassing and then goes to tell her client she's with, clearly talking badly about my "punctuality" as I heard her say only that word. And even the client TURNED TO LOOK AT ME!!!!!!!! So unbelievably unprofessional I was truly shocked. Then I'm nervous and red and again, embarrassed, and in the middle of her notarizing she asks if I even bank with them. I said yes I love chase bank and she said absolutely nothing and then just said "anything else? Okay here". The worst part is we later realized we forgot one other sheet to get notarized so I told my fiancé I was too embarrassed to go back and face her again as I don't like confrontation and he goes a week later, we make an appointment for 4pm 3/8/22 and she had the AUDACITY to take someone before him and didn't help him until 4:48!!!!!!! I truly can't believe this branch is still in business with their terrible customer service. Along with them never answering the phone either. My fiancé is unfortunately even nicer than me because I would have absolutely lost it at this point. I'm just so disappointed in this branch and I'd consider moving banks if it wasn't for us luckily moving soon.
