Drive-through is always closed which makes it very inconvenient. Switching banks to one that keeps their drive-through open.

Tried to get a cashier’s check per retailer request yesterday. The branch manager seems unfamiliar with the process. Instead of accepting the 2nd legal ID (I have social security card and employment ID), she kept asking for a debit card. Also she questioned me as if she were FBI and I were a suspect). I requested to complain to her supervisor, but was told she IS the supervisor of this branch. When I asked her what is the customer service line for me to complain, she told me to leave her branch. She seems view herself a boss of the customers, not to serve, but to dominate. I will write an official complaint to Chase, and I will have my Chase account closed soon due to their lack of professionalism.

I recently visited the Chase Bank in Plano and was impressed by the overall experience. The staff are exceptionally cool and professional, always making sure your needs are met efficiently. The branch itself is spotless, well-organized, and exudes a professional atmosphere.
The only downside is the drive-through ATM. It's situated quite far from the main building and is positioned too low, which can be a bit inconvenient. Other than that, it's a great bank branch!

Yes, i am definitely agree with the last review for the branch manager or the same lady who told us to wait without time limit after 10 minutes, why she was passing by I asked her again she said another 20 minutes I said Why you didn’t tell us earlier even before I stop

I really like Chase, but this branch is a poor representation of the company. Definitely understaffed. They definitely messed up when they let Anvi go. She was the best. Needless to say, I don't plan on revisiting this particular branch.

The absolute worst manager I have EVER witnessed. Pegah the manager is unbelievable. Extremely unhelpful. She was extremely rude and the worst manager I have witnessed in any chase branch. Don't go here if she's still the manager. The rest of the staff are friendly and hard working.

Needed to open an account, we didn’t know we had to make an appointment. The guy told us to wait, it will take around 40 mins. We waited, a lady came over and said we need to make an appointment as they were booked for that day and it would be a waste of time for us to wait. Well, should have told us that at the beginning.
