If I could give it a 0 I would, employees pay 0 attention and half can’t even understand you so good luck getting your order right ?? (Side note: I also witnessed the General Manager send a customer to the very back of the line and re order because the employees also got her order wrong)

On 4/13/24 I placed an order through the app for pick up at 3pm. I show up about 3:10 to pick up my order and it's not done, but hasn't even been started. That wasn't the worst part, NONE of the workers would acknowledge the people waiting for mobile orders. The cashier would make eye contact with me then go help others in the line and ring them out. I finally had to step in the way of the line for someone to acknowledge me. Even then there wasn't a thank you for waiting, or asking if I needed anything they just asked for the name of my order, finally made it, and said absolutely nothing else to me.

Placed a mobile order for pickup today didn’t think I had to triple check my order. I drive home and get ready for dinner and see that my bowl is totally wrong. So I had drive back to restaurant to tell my order is wrong. Everyone gave me an attitude and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience like if it’s my fault you didn’t do your job. Rude employees. I won’t be coming back here.

Extremely tiny proportions, I kept asking specific foods and they would do the opposite or not at all. My burrito was wrapped so bad that when I opened it, it all fell apart. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

I have had past negative experiences here in terms of staff and sloppiness in food. But Friday was the worst thing that ever happened. As I began eating a bowl, I bit o something rock hard, likeporcelain. I was so shocked and started choking. I spit the food out but it was too late. Since then, I've been struggling to swallow. I don't know if I have an abrasion in my throat.I IMMEDIATELY CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY KEP CANCELLING THE CALL AND SUPPORT CHAT OR SENDING ME TO DEAD END LINKS.I was in tears. I have no idea what was in there. PLEASE PROTECT YOUR HEALTH AND DO NOT GO TO CHIPOTLE.I am calling the health department as they seem to be not worried about it at all showing no concern.

The lady who served me, her attitude was not the best, she was Hispanic, she seemed bitter, I asked her for 3 tacos, 2 soft veggies and 1 creepy with a little chicken, and all three with only rice and a little cheese, in the end she told her to the cashier that the tacos were 2 chicken and 1 veggie and with cheese and the cashier saw that it wasn't that, but she charged me for it, in the end I told her that it was only 1 chicken taco, anyway this helps me now not to return here to this chipotle again, I hope they teach more customer service to this lady who doesn't know and doesn't go overboard wanting to steal by putting extra food on customers without being true

I happened to notice past reviews for small portions sizes. I experienced the same. The servers seemed to take off the food they scooped in.

Lady looked me dead in the eyes scooping a half a spoons worth of barbacoa. Didn’t even blink. The disrespect was crazy. Solid bowl though.

I visited on 1/4/24 and my bowl was watered down and non-appealing. I took it back to Chipotle and the Cashier was rude and I told her I couldn’t eat it. She recommended that I speak to the manager. So, I did. The manager was nice and she explained why my bowl was soupy. So, she re-made it and it was so much better..Thanks to the Manager for making it right!

This has happened a few times. I order through the app and they call DoorDash. DoorDash driver say they delivered the food and they didn’t. It’s so difficult to reach Chipotle when this happens and DoorDash always refer back to them. It’s so frustrating because it typically happens when I’m the most hungry. My directions said to hand the food to me. They didn’t. They “left it in a safe space” as you can see the picture could have been taken anywhere and was definitely it handed to me as requested, smh
