I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers I had my check engine light on and the sent me the diagnostic report with pictures and videos talked me through everything and gave me multiple payment options to get the repairs that I needed done thank you Zach for going above and beyond with me throughout the whole process and thanks for getting me back on the road safely. Definitely recommend 10/10 and got my car back in a timely manner for all the repairs done thank you again.

I recently had a death in the family, particularly my Mother who lived out of state and at the same time she was in the hospital dying my car had some major issues come up. After an initial inspection that I was questionable of, Christian Brothers management staff stepped in and went way above and beyond to help me in a great time of need and tragedy. I am very grateful to Zack, and Josiah, and the guy that drove me home and back, sorry man I forget your name, I appreciate everyone at the Plano location for really stepping up and immensely helping someone in need at an extraordinary time of stress and grief. I will definitely use them in the future and I would recommend the staff and this location to anyone needing help in a tough situation. 🙏🏻

CBA was by far the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic or repair shop! Once they figured out what was wrong I thought it would be 3-4 more days to do the repairs but they had it completed by the end of the following day. Chris was very knowledgeable and was able to relay all the information in a way that someone with no mechanical experience could understand! This place feels like a small town mom and pop shop who treats every customer like they're family!

I brought the car in to have the transmission evaluated. Christian Brothers called me back promptly the following morning to give me bad news. I did not have repairs done because they would have cost more than the car is worth. They were very courteous and helpful.

Amazing service and the friendliest automotive shop I’ve ever been to. I took my car in for a state inspection, Dustin and Deric treated me so well. First inspection was also free! Definitely will be going back for any issues I run into in the future!

What’s the point of advertising “Call for a quote” if you’re going to tell me to bring my car, which is non drivable, in to determine what’s wrong with it when I know what’s wrong with it.
