Honestly the best possible way to knock out an annual checkup and a grooming! Dropped off during the week before we took the kids to school, had a call from the vet to let us know how our pups did as well as his concerns, then what meds he administered. Got a call shortly after from the groomer, discussed in brevity what we were looking to accomplish (which was a lot, it has been a while!). Called us to let us know they were ready to be picked up. We couldn't be more happy with the level of service as well with how good they looked after they were groomed! Check in to check out - everything was top notch!

I came in here because my old veterinarian retired and sold her business to a company that doesn’t care about their customers. I walked into City Vet just to set up an account and see about scheduling my dog’s annual checkup. They were actually able to see my dog immediately and get her taken care of. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the vet tech and especially Dr. Tomlin were so pleasant and easy to work with. I’m so happy I’ve found my new vet!

When I first went to this vet, I was unsure how it would be (I've always gone to private practices rather than chains), but I absolutely love this location! All the techs are so sweet and helpful, the groomer is excellent and really knowledgeable, and I really love both Dr. Tuller and Dr. Tomlin! They were wonderful with my previous dog (as well as my boyfriend's) who have both since passed, and it's been great bringing my new puppy as well! Especially for those visits where I was worried over nothing, etc. They're just very personable, and don't make me feel like a crazy helicopter dog parent lol. (Plus, a benefit of CityVet being a larger chain is the availability of the new payment plans - the Puppy Plan really is a shockingly good deal.) I haven't been to other locations but I do really love the Windhaven location. Thank you to all the staff for always treating us so well and being so lovely 🩷

The place is so friendly and clean my pets love it. The doctors are so caring and considerate and put the pet first. The front staff is the best. Thanks city vet west Plano for doing such a great job

Just finished up a general appointment for our 5.5 year old pup and our experience was such a breeze! This was our first visit at CityVet and Dr. Tullar was super kind and gentle, as well as extremely knowledgeable with giving full details on his assessments. Any questions I had were answered and we left feeling taken care of. Highly recommend!

JENNY IS AMAZING!!! Seriously. We’ve been coming to this location for years - since they were in their old building off Park - because of Jenny Som. Her care and attention are evident in every interaction. She consistently goes above and beyond to care for our furbabies. I cannot recommend her enough!
