This is Lohith I recently purchased a vehicle from the pre-owned department at Sewell BMW of Plano, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the process was seamless, but what truly made the difference was the exceptional service provided by Emmanuel Todo.
Buying a used car can sometimes feel uncertain, but Emmanuel was a true professional. He was transparent, attentive, and most importantly, he kept his word on every single detail we discussed. It is rare to find that level of integrity in automotive sales, and it made the entire transaction stress-free.
The delivery experience was also top-notch. The car was presented beautifully, the paperwork was handled efficiently, and I felt like a valued guest of the Sewell family throughout the entire afternoon.

BMW Sewell of Plano location sold me a car with a clean CarFax & CPO certified X3 that had an accident on record which I found out later through my insurance claim. I have provided all the supporting evidence to the manager (COREY RILEY), and he will not come to a resolution even though he is aware NOW they have sold me a car with an accident nor is he apologetic on their miss. Car value was $36,500 at the time of purchase, it should have been worth low 30's with an accident. I wouldn't even have bought the car to begin with if it had an accident.
You guys handle the product and move it. It's your responsibility to make sure the product that are being sold isn't misrepresented to the customer.

This is by far my favorite BMW dealership in Dallas.
Car service is excellent and the level of care in the process is pristine. From the way you pull up into the service are to the fact that cars are parked diagonally for easy exit. It makes me feel like the whole process was put together very thoughtfully by having the cars and the customers in mind. I know they’ll take care of my car.
Arcade in the waiting area was the cherry on top. Again, it strengthened my trust in them by being so detail oriented. Oh and they have complementary car wash!
One thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t take Apple Pay in this day and age, but besides that I can’t think of anything else that would be negative about this place.

Sewell service department is always very helpful and time efficient. Jon Dowdy is the man who assists me whenever I need service on my X7. He’s attentive and provides exceptional customer service. I recommend Sewell of Plano to anyone in the market for a BMW. They truly take care of their clients. 10/10

Bought a 2025 X5 with all the need and whistles and premium service plan.
I took it in for its first service since purchasing it last December. Everything was fine except they charged me $50 to rotate the tires!! Now the $50 isn’t the issue but an expensive vehicle like this and the premium service agreement doesn’t include tire rotation is plain ludicrous!!
I’ve had lower priced Fords, Chevys, Hondas and Mercedes and they all included tire rotation with regular services.
Very disappointing BMW doesn’t offer such a simple but very important part of regular maintenance!!

Milaad is one of the best sales professionals we’ve ever worked with. We buy a lot of cars, and his level of customer service is something you rarely see these days. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for clients truly set him apart.

My whole experience with Milaad Naderi was very easy. Drove a couple cars, made an offer over text, and the next day bought a great used Acura MDX. Sewell also did a thorough job on all maintenance and cleaned up the car nicely.

My car is a 2024 İ5 and has a four-year warranty. I brought my car to the service center today for a very minor issue. They told me my four tires needed to be replaced. I said okay. I left the car at the service center. My car is under warranty, and BMW is supposed to give me a vehicle. But they sent me to Enterprise. And they're trying to give me a garbage car, which I, of course, refused. I've been waiting here for an hour now for them to give me a vehicle I can drive. This is a complete disgrace. I will definitely report this to BMW headquarters.
