They seem to do a pretty good job given the volume they handle. They do the labs for every doctor in the joint, so be prepared to wait. I found another doctor who has an in-house lab. It's cut my time in waiting rooms by half.

Have had blood draws and lab tests needed over the years from this lab location that is associated with Village Health Partners. The most recent was for my physical about two months prior to this recent visit for a follow-up and blood draw for other tests. The health nurse or technician was training another person but ended up drawing the blood herself. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience. I am used to getting my blood drawn and usually, it is barely noticed. This time, the person jammed the needle into my arm so you can imagine how uncomfortable that was. I was not content with the experience and need to probably try and screen the person beforehand.

I needed labs done early in the morning and I did not have an appointment . I walked in and was tempted to walk out because the waiting room was full . But they worked through that room with rapid speed and I was out in under 30 minutes . Will definitely have any additional lab testing done here !

Horrible customer service!!! This location does not answer their phone. Rude and disrespectful staff when questioned. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

Saturday Feb 3 the place is packed, called the first patient at 8:30am and stopped. It is 9am and they called only 2 people so far. Unbelievable terrible service.

They were quick day of my blood draw, but seemed to lose my blood for almost a week. Can’t get a hold of them on the phone at all and my doctor struggled to get in contact as well.
