ABBY at Coach Legacy West was phenomenal! From my interaction with her on the phone to my interaction with her in the store was top notch! She was extremely kind, patient and humble. She answered all my questions, helped me with my exchange and even offered me water while we chatted as she processed my order. I appreciate the customer service she provided and how she made me feel important. Meant the world to me and she made my day. I’m so thankful so have been helped by someone so fabulous! Thank you again ABBY! You are a jewel and Coach is blessed to have you on their team!

it was raining so some people with dogs stepped in the store, which was fine until they put them down and took off their leashes and had them running around the store. employees didnt say anything and actually gave the dogs treats. i don’t like being around unleashed dogs, and i thought it was improper for a coach boutique to have dogs running around.

Went in for a shirt that I saw online. Erin, did a wonderful job helping us and showing us other items in the store. Great customer service and attention by her. Went in for one shirt came out with 2 and a pair of shoes haha. The only thing I wish this location had is a dressing room.

The girls here are super kind and the customer service was amazing! I went in looking to add a bag charm to my bag and they helped me find the cutest charm that matches perfectly.

I had a blast coming to this coach location! The staff are so sweet, helpful, and attentive. I shopped with McKenna and she had the best insights and advice on styling the bags. She showed me so many different straps and was so patient with me trying on so many different products in so many different ways. I just moved to Texas and I'm happy to find an amazing SA! 11/10 customer service from this staff. It was busy on Friday, plus with the sale going on, and all of them were on top of tending to all customers. I will be back :)

Maddie was a joy to work with.
I live in Arlington Texas & needed a college graduation gift for my niece.
Maddie was able to locate the one my niece wanted & also picked out a wallet to go with it. Maddie took the time to write a card from us, gift wrap, & had it available for pickup in a few hours. My niece was so excited & loved her Coach. Maddie went above & beyond to make sure I was happy & had everything I needed! Thank you Maddie

Came around 2:30 on a Monday and as soon as I walked in the vibe felt off. I was the only one who had entered the store and there was an employee at the door. The mid 40s African American lady stared and looked at me with out greeting me. Felt awkward for a minute and she only said “how are you” as a statement not even a question. She then proceeded to tell me I can’t record at the store when I was just recording myself and not her. Also I felt like she was watching my every move. I think employees here should treat consumers at a higher level since this coach is located at a higher end shopping center. I took myself to another coach location instead (:

We came around 3pm today, I wasn’t sure who the worker was since there was no name tag, but we came in saying hi 3 times and never even got a response or greeting in return which is fine I understand that some people are tired, but at least smile or look welcoming. She asked us if we were looking for anything we said we were just looking around and she gave a tight smile. Im not sure if she thought we couldn’t afford or were going to steal, but followed us and was pretending to fix something behind my friend when there was nothing to fix. I usually don’t write these kind of reviews, but please train your workers to treat customers of all races and ages equally, we might have looked young or “underdressed” for her liking, but I think we still deserve a welcoming experience. There was a blonde worker that came out and said bye to us when we were leaving so that made it a bit better. Please train your sale associates to be more professional even when not in the mood.

As someone who shops at Coach regularly, I’m disappointed by this store. I came in with a friend and was exchanging a Valentine’s Day gift to get a smaller size. Still in its original bag and box with the receipt, completely unused and only two days after Valentine’s Day, they would not accept the return. They said the bag had been worn but did even not show us what they meant by “worn.”
When we first came in, there was no issue with making the return. However, the store became more busy as we looked around. We waited in line for a while and even heard staff telling customers how stressed they were because they got busy out of nowhere and they were just “twiddling their thumbs” before.
To me, this seemed like they just didn’t want to deal with a return and wanted to clear the crowd. North Park took the return with no issue. I won’t be back to this location.

As a frequent visitor at Coach stores i was genuinely surprised not being greeted when customers walk in. I guess the associates didn’t think i was serious about buying a new bag? Not sure but a little disappointing. Once we really started to look around we did have one associate help us till we checked out.

Absolutely amazing! The staff is so nice and sweet. There attentive and they actually have conversations with you. It makes you feel human and welcomed! The vibe and atmosphere is fantastic. The staff will also let you know if something will be in stock soon or not or how many they have left of an item. I bought the Hamptons Hobo bag today and Patty was just amazing with helping me find a charm for my bag and customizing my coach tag. I would also like to talk about my past visit that I regrettably didn't right a review for. My last visit, I believe Sarah helped me and another staff member. I was looking for the Willow tote bag with silver hardware. They where also so so sweet and helpful. I wish nothing but the best for the staff at this location!

Courtney was AMAZING! I needed to pickup a purse before traveling over the weekend and I wasn't sure how quick I could place the order online and stop by to get it before going home after work. She created the most convenient online/pickup in store shopping experience I've ever had! I was able to pickup my purse after work the same day and it was perfectly wrapped and waiting on me in store! Thanks again, Courtney!
