Hi y’all ! I’ve lived in East Plano for almost 10 years now and my neighborhood Walmart, on Park and Shiloh, has been my trusted go-to convenient grocery store. They’ve also been great for last minute holiday food and drinks and of course everyday staples needed in my pantry. I love the convenience, quality and customer service of my Neighborhood Walmart and truly appreciate every associate at this store!??

Not enough human checkers on a Friday night. The store is nicely organized. Toilet tissue in the bathrooms is a joke.

Today I went to the Walmart store I had a very bad experience with a cashier who didn't give me some things and I paid for it and when I got home I couldn't find several products I think they don't provide customer service today they weren't friendly enough I think other employees From there they are friendly but this lady was not and I claimed my products and they only told me to come back tomorrow with your receipt I think that they instantly saw the problem solved. The truth is I am upset because they did not give me my complete products but I did pay and they kept with esyos or god what courage ?

The worst customer service experience by Raymund - arrogant, cocky, manipulative, and the most self-serving individual standing behind a sign that claims “Customer Service”. Park & Shiloh in Plano, TX - last time at this store.

There is not enough assortment for you to find what you need, and when paying you have to stand in long lines because there are no cashiers.

This store is horrible at keeping things in-stock. When something is out they stuff it full with the wrong item. Been going on for a long time. Obviously the District Manager is not doing their job. Great location and prices are usually good compared to other places.
