This review for auto center. I scheduled appointment online to have new tires installed. Instructions online was told to bring order for them to scan. When I got there they said I should have called and they weren't sure the tires were in. They checked and tires were in. They proceeded to get car on lift and 2 1/2 hrs later they finally finished. Work was kind of sloppy and they left grease stains all over the rims as well as body. Would not recommend.

We came in last night. Store was nice and clean. We didn't really talk to any employees but they seemed really nice. They had a good selection and everything seemed to be in stalk

This review is regarding their cake shop. Do not order custom cake from this location. I ordered a cake from their catalogue, was told everything was all good. Came pickup time, I was handed a White Cake, with NOTHING on top, no decorations, no icing etc. I was told that was what I ordered. Who would order a white cake? I showed them the description on the cake with my name on. They then proceeded to refuse to fix it for me, only gave me a laughable discount.

Horrible as no one has the key to open the cage to recycle oil. I even call the store and that stupid person doesn't speak English. I guess pour the oil out on the ground

I have have shopped at this Walmart for 20 years. Since the remodel, it is not a Super Walmart and is the worst one in this entire area. Everything is more unorganized than a thrift store. Who has ever seen a super Walmart with no garden center! Also, if you try to call the store no one answers.

This is definitely the cleanest most organized Walmart I have been to so far !! They have so many self checkout registers also !! Wow that was impressive, even though I am not a fan of self checkout (I'm not on the payroll so why do I have to work while I'm shopping?) but it is good to see you can come in, get what you are looking for and check out quickly. The staff was very friendly also... is this really Walmart?! Wow !! It may weird giving 5 stars to a Walmart but this is 5 stars based on all the Walmart's I have been !! I may just move to Texas just for this one Walmart. There no stereotypical "Walmart people" either... I'm in disbelief.

I ordered a Ninja air fryer from the Walmart website two weeks ago. I got a delivery notification email from them 20 minutes ago. I walked to my front door and nothing is there. So, I tried to track it online. Nothing. Couldn't even find a tracking link since it was marked "delivered." I looked on the email they sent for the customer service line. There isn't one. I called my local Walmart (the one attached to this review) to talk to an associate. Rang for five minutes. No one picked up. Had to look up on Google what the customer service line was. Called it, fell into Menu Hell. Finally got through all of the prompts and... "If your order status is 'delivered' but you haven't received your items, we recommend that you wait 48 hours before contacting us. Some carriers mark your shipment as delivered when the items have arrived at the delivering terminal. We apologize for any inconvenience." That was the automated message when I called their 800 customer service line. No humans. And that's exactly why Amazon is going to put Walmart out of business. Godspeed Amazon. Raze their terrible business to the ground. I'll never order anything from them again.

Zero service, and if you have to return anything be prepared to wait in a long line with only one teller. And if you politely ask for someone else to help they look at you like there's something wrong. With so many super is around this should be your last option

Walmart custom service area finds it more important to hang pictures of service & custom service managers than work the line that has over 9 customers. There was only 1 person working. But they have what looks like 8 employees working the registrar area that is not that busy.

I've been a customer at this store since it opened (virtually two decades ago, I think). They have not lost my business entirely, but instead of a weekly visit I might go once-a-month to pick up an odd item or two. Their conversion to 100% self-checkout is a horrible decision. They may keep their costs down, but they will lose many of their regular customers, my family and I among them. I depend on cashiers who are much more efficient than me to speed through checkout. That is not happening anymore, so I will shift to one of the MANY competitors in the area. The Walmart shopping experience has steadily degraded over the last five years. I've just hit my limit. Cannot recommend shopping at Walmart anymore.

My last 3 visits to this Walmart ,which I use twice a week, has a Manager named Brian whom I have now encountered on three separate occasions due to various difficulties. He is more then very rude and totally disconcerting to customers. I have interacted with other managers at this location and always received courteous service. It is hard to believe this person, Brian, is a manger? I have witnessed him be disrespectful and arrogant to many other customers, staff, and myself! I have been going to this Walmart for over 10 years and have not seen such disrespectful management!! As a matter of fact the Pharmaceutical staff ,Jimmy and his staff have always been the most co-operative and helpful people I have ever encountered!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The Walmart app shows in this exact address of store, a sale price of the in stock item yet the item doesn't ring up on sale. Supervisor said hers scans the regular price (obviously since the cashier scanned it too dummy) and they won't price match/honor their OWN APPS pricing. The app showed that exact verbiage, no other option yet "it must be last years". Ok. This is why people prefer Target as they actually honor what they advertise. Oh, also the cashier sat for 5 minutes repeatedly calling her name for help and she ignored him. Then as I'm irritatingly staring she comes over "oh I forgot he was calling". No, she's just a rude supervisor who doesn't care about customers or helping employees.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. I called to ask a simple question to be put on hold five times for over 20 minutes a piece to be disconnected every single time. I then called back roughly 10 times and never received an answer no matter which department I tried to call. At 10am on a Wednesday... absolutely unacceptable. I then tried calling back a few times to try to speak to management to let them know how upset I was with situation two again never have my phone call answered... I'm literally baffled

Worst Walmart I've ever been to. Understaffed (no one wants to work there) and lackadaisical attitude and listen to this: Was given a $20 bill as change from the self service checkout. Asked the service rep there to change it into two $10's please, he pointed to bank in front of store. I went there waited in line and was told because I didn't have an acct I couldn't change the twenty into two tens. I asked the asst manager and he told me to go to customer service area. I waited in line and they told me they couldn't change it either. Semi-disgusted I went and found the manager Jesse who initially, couldn't be bothered as he was on a personal phone call. He explained that no one could give me any change as they were in asset protection mode(what a load of shite). I told him I just received the bill from the machine in checkout, he told me we're on asset protection, and walked away blowing me off. I know this seems surreal, like anyone will give anyone change, like just about anywhere. But not at Walmart. Easily most disgusting bathroom ever visited, and worthless customer service existing. Horrible Walmart, I will never go back, will drive a little extra to avoid this shite! Jesse the manager was over the top totally disinterested in anything, only his personal phone call.
