The doctor was great, but why would I give them my insurance if they didn't file it and ended up sending me a bill of over 300!!

The staff at the reception was very welcoming. She gave me detailed information about how they were going to serve me on my visit, which greatly helped in making an informed choice because I had other appointment.
The staff who attended to me was very corteous.
The facility was very clean too.

All was Great, except, front staff had me waiting to discharge ~35 minutes in the waiting area. They stated with humor that they forgot to about me, paperwork. I did not think it was funny. That was not a Sincere Apology!

So far, I’ve been pleased with my experience at Concentra Plano. From the time I came in, leaving bloody footprints on their floor, to several follow-up visits, the staff have treated me with compassion.
True, the wait can be a bit long, but when it’s your turn you have their full attention. I didn’t feel rushed and they made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
In particular, thanks to Nurse Javier, Dr. Morgan, and Dr. Hernandez, who have been taking care of me. You can tell they are a good team who care about their patients and each other.

I’m not saying anything about the therapy person who is so nice and kind, she is lisa really good at her job. However, I can't say the same words about the people in the front of the therapy area who are very rude and don't let you talk … they make mistakes with u and never say sorry ! How sad the truth is.
