The cashier here is so incredibly rude and I left on the verge of tears because he kept misunderstanding me and yelled at me due to it. I will never come back here. I usually only leave good reviews on my page but this was an exceptionally terrible experience. There was another review about him - his name is Negussie. Absolutely horrible experience. Why work a customer service job you don't want to work with people? Before me he was rude to another customer and told him to get out.

Owner was rude & incredibly disrespectful & I wasn't even a customer, but a good Samaritan trying to help them with a package that had been delivered to my apartments. I called and explained I went the situation and he shouted at me to just return it, as if it was my responsibility, then hung up on me before I could explain further. I was just trying to help & make sure the package was theirs they were possibly missing, so they could get their possibly lost package. I will make sure to not spend a dime at this location, being new to this area.

Owner is rude and unhelpful. Here for too good to go and he stated they didn’t receive anything and that I should ask a refund through the app. Usually if there’s a mistake the place typically remediates the issue and creates a too good to go bag right on the spot.

I asked for $25 worth of gas, and screen displayed $25 twice. I asked why was it displaying the amount twice, and the worker told me not to worry about it, and took my card from me to insert for payment. I told him don’t do that and canceled the transaction and went to gas from RaceTrac. Rude customer service, and seems very very shady.

I frequently come into this gas station daily for a fountain drink. Most visits have been normal, just pay and go about my day. I noticed the Veterans Day sign under the drinks which I haven't noticed previously as I am a navy vet of 8 years The promo read free fountain drinks or coffee any size until November 30th. When I asked the cashier, older Asian gentleman, he told me the promo is over. When I told him, no it's not I read the fine print at the bottom, he smiled and told me to have a good day. Terrible service and especially to a veteran for THEIR veteran promo.

Given this place so many chances but homie with the pony tail just has zero customer service. Makes you wait, no hi, no thank you, doesn’t ask if you need a bag for heavy items. It’s like I hurt the guy..

Owner is rude. Doesn't keep a sanitary establishment, and employees. Brand new soda machine looks as though it is cleaned once aweek. Beverage cooler is full of spills and broken glass. Hot food always looks like it has been sitting for hours. Prices are outrageous for this establishment.

My husband went to work at this location today and was turned around because he is African American. The store manager was very rude to him and lied to his contacting manager about his work ethic.
