3/5/2024Jerome completed faucet issues without any problems, really quick leaving the area nice and tidy! Faucet running like a charm. Thank you!Elder assisted Jerome with the electrical problem. Outlet had a bad connection. My TV in the other room and outlet behind it wasn't working either, which Elder pointed out. By repairing that outlet, it resolved three issues, instead of two that I reported. Thanks Guys! Job well done! Appreciate how quickly the issue was solved and repair completed. Amen!11/30/2020Edward has been very helpful in assisting me with the Samsung oven and dishwasher whenever they have been issues. He is so AWESOME and KIND! Thanks for all you do!Elder is always prompt when making service request repairs... Great Maintenance Staff!The staff at Arbor Hills is absolutely marvelous! Always friendly and there to help with all issues that come up... Just love them... Maritza, Amber and April... YOU GO GIRLS! Woohoo!Recently, I noticed that wasps had built a nest between the window and the screen. They must have entered after hail damaged the window screen. Being highly allergic to bee stings, I called the office and they sent Elder Morales here within an hour or so. Elder removed the hive and repaired the screen within 30 minutes of entering my apt. Thank you so much Elder for everything that you do....garbage disposal, kitchen fluorescent light bulb replacement, assisting Nebraska Furniture on the installation of my washer and dryer and the water pressure in main bath. You're totally AWESOME!I have tried to get into this apt complex for years. I would always look at an apt and someone would lease it before I would make up my mind. It took me four attempts over the previous last five years. Maritza gave me the tour of apt #737, I was supposed to go back the next day and complete the process...evidently, I was too slow. Someone looked at the apartment the next morning, gave their deposit and BOOM! My apt was gone. Maritza called me and stated that the apt had been leased, but she would keep a look out for me. I finally got in, but that's another story. I am constantly in contact or chatting Maritza up whenever I am in the office picking up a package, asking for a maintenance request or passing through just to say hi... She has always been very enthusiastic about taking care of her Tenants. I thoroughly enjoy her personality and spirit. Very sweet, passionate and personable young woman that is truly admirable in the real estate industry. A true GEM! - Thanks for all you do Maritza! I highly recommend Elder and Jerome from the Cortland Arbor Hills Maintenance Crew for their exceptional service in fixing my heater. After posting my service request at 9 AM, they arrived promptly at 9:30 AM. They quickly diagnosed the issue and efficiently replaced the damaged heater components. The speed and effectiveness of their service were truly outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would gladly rely on them for any future maintenance needs.

Jerome and Elder took care of some important work orders for me last week.They were quick, kind, and even went the extra mile to help me figure out how to program my car to my garage. That made my life so much easier. It’s the little things and I am very thankful for their help.Living here has been great. It’s nice. Modern. Everything has been easy so far.And everyone I've spoken to in the leasing office has been kind.

Always a great experience working with the Cortland Arbor Hills team. Whenever a maintenance issue arises, the team is there speedy quick (often within hours of the request!). Elder and Jerome paid us a visit most recently— they are a joy to work with and get the issues settled quickly and efficiently. The buildings aren’t new by any means but they upkeep the newly renovated units very well. We appreciate them!

Jerome in maintenance is awesome. My air conditioner went out and he was here within 10 minutes of me submitting my maintenance ticket. He also helped me hang my curtains and has always been helpful whenever I have submitted a maintenance request. Thanks so much Jerome!
