She got her glasses from Costco Optical and she is very satisfied! The staff was helpful, the process was smooth, and the quality is great for the price. Highly recommend!

I have [had] been a customer of Costco for over 20 years, this particular vision center for half of that.
Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever. Definitely unexpected and truly shocking.
As a result, I abandoned my cart with ~$400 of merchandise and canceled my executive membership on the way out the door.
Not the Costco service I expected; perhaps it's unique to this location.

Amazing service. Damaged my glasses during a ski trip and then lens was popped out and frame misaligned. Asked them if they could fix it and went shopping; the guy there not only fixed it good as new but went around the store looking for me so I could have my glasses ASAP. Not a dollar spent and it made my day that he went the extra mile.

Since I don't think anyone from Costco s management team is reading reviews, I am just using this review to blow off some steam and to inform other potential customers. I bought lens and frames from this Costco location for a few years now. This time my frame has a few manufacture defects, a huge gap where the plastic ear piece, on one of the legs and two very short screws that causing the lens to keep on popping out; hence, I took it back. I was told by the manager that this frame is not in production anymore and told me to put nail polish on it. I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years and I know all it needs is to heat up the plastic piece and push it back in. However, no one knew how to fix it. Then I asked if it is possible to remove and replace a leg from an exact same frame on the shelf but was told this is against Costco policy. If I want another frame, I will have to pay for the lens. I finally went to an optical repair shop and was the gap was fixed on the spot for free.By the way, the issue that the frame's two real short screws this was fixed by the manager.If you buy glasses here, you need to inspect your new glasses carefully to ensure the glasses is in perfect order because the after sale service is non existent.

Thalia took care of my wife and I when we were choosing glasses. We went there twice. First time was for my own glasses, and second was for my wife. Thalia went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. She is extremely friendly, informative, and hard working. Great job, Thalia.

If you’re needing contact lenses do not come to this Optical office. I’ve went in first week of May and two months later still haven’t received my trial lenses. They told me two weeks and I waited a month and called to ask for my lenses my order wasn’t put in. Waited again for a month for that order and called today and she said there was no order or back ordered. They gave me one pair of trial lenses that is way off my prescription. I saw no point of that.

Other them Justin who is rude. Both time I went in but Nancy helped me with my glasses and was very nice. My glasses was not expensive and they had a fast turn around..

Terrible customer service at this location. I would not recommend shopping at this location…EVER! We always buy a lot at Costco and all the time we’ve been at any Costco location, we always check out at self checkout no matter how many items we got. We were approached by an associate right as we head to one of the open self checkout lanes and was told that we can’t check out there because we got too many items in our cart. She said they have a limit of 15 items. She then paused and changed it to 15-20 items as we asked if there was a policy change in the number of items we can have at self checkout. She couldn’t tell us if there was a policy change on the limit of items at self checkout but then proceeded to tell us that they don’t want us checking out because it’s when “mistakes happen”. It caught us off guard because we have NEVER experienced that before shopping at Costco. We told her that we have always check out ourselves and not wanting to go through regular checkout lanes bc we don’t want people touching our items. She stomped off and told another associate to come and WATCH us as we scan our items. 37 items & $562.11 later as we were watched like we are thieves stealing their precious items. We are LIVID & so embarrassed for being treated like this. We usually shop at Costco every other week but we might switch over to Sam’s Club completely because they have mobile checkout and their employees don’t follow & treat customers like we are thieves. COSTCO corporate! Train your associates better before they lose all of the customers!

Great customer service! Highly recommend this return product location. No fuss. The Dallas location @ 75 and 635 would not take Kirkland item that is a gift. Inquiry about an item is friendly and helpful too.
