I just had the worst interaction with Phil at the merchandise return counter. I’ve been coming to the this costco since I was a child, basically my whole life ( I’m 23 now) and have always loved coming to the point that my mom would make friends with some of the employees ( james is the best costco employee ever!). Today I went to store to pick up fruits for my best friends bridal shower since I’m the only once with a membership. On the way home I received a phone call from her mother letting me know the party is being cancelled due to the groom’s uncle being hospitalized, for a very serious condition and was placed into a coma. I was instructed by her to return the fruit since It was all gonna go to waste and to get the money back. When I returned to the costco I immediately received a nasty face from Phil as I was walking in with all the front. I let him know about the situation and he instantly raised his voice with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen come from a grown man. He told me he would have to throw away all the fruit since it had left the building. I felt horrible but It wasn’t my money and I did what i was asked to do. He kept repeating that he had to throw it away with such a rude tone. My own father has never spoken to me that way. finally, I was fed up, and I asked him if he had an issue with me since his attitude was very unsettling. He said that he didn’t and I responded and told him he was being very aggressive and abrasive with me. His attitude instantly changed, and he apologized for his behavior. I don’t understand why people who work in customer service think they can speak to people this way. I know for a fact, if I didn’t stand up for myself, he would’ve still continued treat me as he did before. Costco please do better. I’m very disappointed.

Dropped of my vehicle 10am Sunday morning for a warranty repair of a slow tire leak. 2 hours later they called said it had been repaired. Receipt says Robert G. did a 10 point release. (I guess that means he verified the work had been done). They charged me $3 for a new Tire pressure monitor. Drove home 2 hours later the tire was flat again. Made an appointment with Costco Mckinney the following day, and they assured me they would try to find the leak or replace the tire if needed. 30 min later they called and said there was no sign of repair done by Plano Costco, but they did find the leak. Thank you Costco Mckinney for your professionalism and care! Costco Tire Center Plano you have work to do! You wasted my time, and endangered my family by failing to do and check your work. If we as customer can wait for you to serve you as a service provider you could at least take the time to do your job correctly! Accountability is everything when you screw up, own and try to make it right. Don’t blame the customer for running over something else on the way home. Invoice #6640380669

Definitely NOT renewing our membership.
Lady at the entrance was soooo rude, stopped me and did not let me in coz I was using my husband's card which I've been using for so long. It's just ridiculous! This new policy is what's gonna make them lose customers.

Normally I don’t leave a review about this but I feel like I have to today. I got a pizza and a hotdog and realized a lady was working alone. Not sure for how long but for sure I was there about 7-10 minutes and she did amazing! I saw her name tag said Lisa. Please give this woman a raise because under that pressure I’m sure she was stressed!! She did awesome!! Great job Lisa!!!!

Keep changing the product isles. Makes very hard to find items. Also they keep eliminating the product off the shelf. Pricing is crazy. A month before tariffs get in effect the price Avocados went to the roof. I think that’s price gauging. I used to think very highly of Costco. Not anymore. Thinking to shop from Sam’s now. They have a better price on the same products. I buy 25k 30k every year. But I am rethinking to spend most of in Sam’s. No enough staff to help you to find products..

Location gets very busy, generally have had no issue. Customer service is good. The drink and soda area can sometimes be a little messy, but apart from that, everything is good.

I've been a loyal Costco customer for years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I waited 20 minutes in the return line for just one person, while other employees at customer service stood around chatting and ignored the line. When I brought this to the manager, Alex, he dismissed my concern like it was completely normal. The lack of professionalism and customer service was frustrating.

Perhaps this Costco is one of the busiest. It is very difficult to get a parking spot, and there's no help when you needed; certainly the negative attitude of the cashiers is notable
