Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought two guests with me and paid over $350 for manicures and pedicures. The gel polish on my hands began peeling the very next day, which is inexcusable for a service at this price point. It was obvious the nail technician lacked proper skill and training.
When I returned to have the issue corrected, the front desk staff was shockingly unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and without a single apology for the inconvenience. I left with my nails damaged, brittle, and in worse condition than before.
This business is poorly managed, lacks basic customer service, and delivers substandard results. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration…go elsewhere.

I only came to get my nails taken off and Don took good care of me. Gave him a nice tip and anytime I’m close by, I’ll come see him.

I’m writing this review as I still sit in the establishment. Hard no for me. Went in for a basic mani pedi only bc I noticed they were having 20% off. I was basically immediately sat and offered a Bev. Although there were several opening sitting in the front I was told to sit in the back which I was ok with at first until I seen only black women sitting there and once I got up I seen new people who were not black seated up front. 🚩Anyhow.. I could visible tell my tech was upset I didn’t want to upgrade my pedi. ( I usually do deluxe but a friend was using me as a model for poly gel which also upset them I wouldn’t let them add that service) she told me to put my feet in the bowl and the water was SCORCHING!! She adjusted upon request and got my feet together but was rough the entire time. You could tell she did not want to do my service. And if I was crazy I’d think she was mimicking chicken noises about my feet to the tech who was servicing my mani. And as far as my mani I could’ve did that myself. I also opted into the basic. I still had nail polish on my corners from previous polish, cuticles weren’t really done correctly and I did not see her open her tools in a sani pouch. The mani lasted 5 minutes if that. I believe she rushed and didn’t care because some one new was sitted up front wanted a service she provides idk but I know she left me to go to somebody else. Didn’t even use lotion as described for the massage just oil. It was very uncomfortable not relaxing at all. I asked for clear coat didn’t get that. I’m so dissatisfied with my time here. I will never return.

I went to this nail shop a couple times because I was satisfied and is next to where I live but a day before of getting married I asked for French dip powder full set and it was not what I expected I asked the lady to remove it and to refund me my 50$ and she said to wait at least 1 or 2 weeks to be refunded and almost 2 months later nothing got refunded. I work hard for my money and this just shows they do not respect my money so I will never go back.

I've been going to Cowboy Nails for years, and the staff have always been nice and wonderful to me. They will always make me feel welcomed and my manicures and pedicures always last a long time. I also love that they have extended hours, so it's very helpful for someone who works or has a very busy schedule.

I've been coming here for years. Two days ago I had the worst experience I've ever had. I asked to have a pedicure with gel polish. She forgot to use the sparkle. I also have a rash on one leg. She removed the gel from my fingers. Then she trimmed my nails which were long down to almost the cuticle. You wouldn't believe how horrible they look, and the nails keep getting caught on fabric. Don't use Sue.
